Also on the lower level is the large bonus area complete with many seating options, game tables, flat screen TV, and access out to the pool and lanai, as well as a bonus bedroom with two single and half-bath, perfect for the kids. The first and second levels have beautiful tile flooring and the third level has a combination of wood, carpet, and tile. The second level has volume ceilings throughout and consists of the open plan kitchen, dining area, living area, powder room, laundry room, and a large three-room master suite. The large kitchen is a chef's delight with plenty of marble countertops and cabinets with all the necessary items to prepare full-course meals if desired. The other guest room is larger and has a king-size bed and sitting area, a wall-mounted flat-screen TV and the en suite bath can be accessed either from the bedroom or the foyer area. It has a nicely tiled combination tub/shower, commode, and vanity with a lavatory and storage space beneath. The main master suite on this level has a king-size bed with nightstands and lamps, a wall-mounted flat-screen TV, a sitting area with two chairs on an area rug, and sliding glass doors that go out to a screened-in and covered balcony overlooking the rear of the house that's furnished with four chairs and a cocktail table. There is a walk-in closet with a spiral staircase up to the fourth-level cupola where there is an enclosed and air-conditioned 4-chair sitting room.
