Estero Beach & Tennis Club offers many amenities including BBQ and picnic areas, heated pool and sundeck, coin-operated laundry, Shuffleboard and 2 Professional Tennis courts and 2 Pickle Ball Courts! Located across the street is Santini Plaza (not yet open) where you can enjoy local restaurants, retail shops, trolley and marinas for arranging tours and charter fishing trips. Also close to Lovers Key State Park for viewing exotic wildlife. Estero Beach & Tennis Club is also close to a golf course and, of course the beautiful turquoise waters and silky sands of the gulf. You’ll never run out of fun things to do.

9th Floor Condo amenities include: Air-conditioned unit with a sleeper sofa to accommodate two guests joining you. This couch is positioned to give a good view of a nearby smart TV or look to the right and enjoy the view through the large sliding doors and windows that let in the Florida sunshine, direct gulf, sunset and beach view.

On the days when you decide to dine in, you’ll be pleased to have a kitchen that has all that you need to prepare and serve tasty cuisine. Just visit the nearby grocery store for all your needs. Your dining table for four sits at the edge of the kitchen, which makes serving and clearing quick and easy.

One thing you won’t want to miss is the sun setting over the gulf. Grab a chair and your favorite cocktail to watch the glorious color display above the water. It’s an unforgettable sight. The balcony also has views of the bay side with sunrise.

When you’ve been out playing in the sun and water all day, your primary bedroom will be a welcome retreat at night. Just pull the partition closed and settle into your king-sized bed. You can still see the ocean through your large window. As the ceiling fan gently turns, you’ll find yourself quickly dropping into a deep, satisfying sleep.

Right off the primary bedroom is the updated bathroom with a roomy walk-in shower to freshen up for your night out at any of the amazing restaurants in Ft. Myers Beach. The large vanity will give you plenty of space to lay out toiletries. Before you know it, you’ll be out on the balcony enjoying a cup of coffee on the rocking chair while you view the sunrise, listen to the waves crashing on the beach, fishing boats heading out for the day. and pairs of dolphins swimming by.

Rental was clean and updated. Only negative was due to workers reclaiming the beach due to hurricane. Access to beach was limited and construction equipment “beeping” throughout the night making it difficult to sleep.

Very nice condo!

Everything was great. The reason for a lower location star was simply due to lack of walking to restaurants/bars due to the hurricane. There isn’t anything without driving and the traffic is horrible at dinner times. Hopefully next year there will be places across the street in the plaza.

Amazing view

The property was kept up immaculately. The unit had everything that you would need. The kitchen was well equipped plenty of chairs and beach accessories to use. The bed was very comfortable. The view is amazing. The pictures on the site are exactly the way the unit looks. You can tell that they take great pride in their home.

Awesome place!

Overall, we had an amazing stay. The condo was exactly as pictured. We were grateful for the beach supplies provided (chairs, sand buckets, beach cart, etc.) The view was amazing. The room was very clean. We stayed during a tropical storm and we felt safe - the storm shutters worked well. The pool area was also nice to cool off in. The condo was close proximity to the beach and nearby restaurants and stores. The host was very helpful in preparing us for the bad weather that we encountered.

A Unsettling Mixup Turned GOOD

After much research we found this property and decided to stay. We went through the booking process which went very well. We were getting packed and ready go and we received a email that they were running late in the painting of the condo and it was going to have plastic over the windows for 48 hrs. at least. The owner went above and beyond in locating us another condo and transferring all our plans from his unit into the new unit. Then he informed us if we liked his unit better we could use it after the 48 hrs. and he would help move us. Then he really went above and beyond and said if for any reason we wanted to use any of the amenities in his condo unit we could. Jason took what could have been a real problem and calmly worked things out. I have worked the service industry for 30 years and Jason gave text book customer service to make an unpleasant situation resolve with a wonderful vacation. Thank You

Dream Condo

Meticulously clean with a spectacular view! Location is great with easy access to restaurants of your choice. Couldn't ask for a better host with plenty of suggestions for your activities. We spotted dolphins from the balcony! Looking forward to return next year!

To expensive a holiday on a building site. Noise open end. No restaurant to reach by feet. Eight till four o clock concrete hammer. Plaster and tile works in entree. Pool closed all the time. Furniture from the last century. I can’t recommend this place. In this area they need still at least 3 years to be finished. 4 washer and 4 dryer for a lot of people. No more and don’t believe the promises by the landlord

Wonderful stay in an amazing property!

This condo did not disappoint. Contacted Jason with a question and he returned my call immediately. Seriously - it had everything we needed. Great beach chairs, umbrella, coolers to bring down to the beach. All the kitchen utensils and pots/pans you need to cook virtually anything. Location was amazing. Nice and quiet part of the beach. Comfy bed, sheets, beautifully decorated. Sunsets on the beach or watching off of the balcony were amazing. Will definitely recommend to friends/family, and hope to stay again. Jason - I hope your property made it through the hurricane.

Convenient location

We very much enjoyed our stay in unit 902. The view was amazing. The unit provided pretty much everything we needed. If I were to nitpick, I'd say the beach towels are kid size. The box frame on the bed squeaks. The pool was busy during our stay, Id hate to see it in the winter months. should have two for such a large property. Jason responded in a timely fashion when we needed something. Would recommend.

A wonderful respite

Was driving to FL from WI by myself. It had gotten pretty late, so I decided to stop and get some sleep. It was wonderful to walk into a clean room with at least 6 pillows on the bed. I slept very well on the bed and woke to drive the rest of the way to FL.

Wonderful Beach Vacation

Great condo with perfect location for walk to beach directly from condo & beautiful sunrise & sunset view from 9th floor. Convenient Santini Plaza across street with many good restaurants, shopping, CVS & small farm market/art fair on Tues & Thurs. Beachy decor in condo which is super clean & everything you need for a Great stay-including beach chairs, umbrella, cooler, etc. Would definitely stay at this condo again! Owner was flexible & responsive when contacted.
