The bedroom features a king bed, perfect for a restful night. Guests can unwind in the lovely living room, which includes a new sofa sleeper for extra sleeping space. The bathroom is updated with a shower/tub combo. The unit has new windows along with all new window coverings. With heating and AC, the space stays cozy no matter the season. Whether you’re here to relax or explore, this awesome condo provides a welcoming retreat. We hope you'll enjoy your stay at our condo. Located across from the updated Santini plaza. Enjoy your stay by renting bikes, swimming in the pool and playing on the beach. It doesn't get any better than a beach condo stay.
6 night minimum reservations are required, if have to leave before that it will be the best nights of you life. Beach life is the way to go. Please visit our other VRBO units: VRBO 5057075 and HASG 20259440. These are great beach condos also.

We had the BEST stay in this condo for spring break! The unit is fully equipped with everything you need for a relaxing beach vacation, chairs, umbrella, towels and more! Brian provided starter items like paper towels, garbage bags, toilet paper, etc. The sofa bed is 10/10 the nicest sofa bed we have ever had. I highly recommend staying with Brian in his beach front condo!

This was the perfect spot for a Florida getaway out of the cold! Host was easy to work wirh. Quick response to any questions we had. Condo had a beachy vibe, was spotless, and had everything you would need for your stay. Pool was great. Easy walk to the beach! Highly recommend!
