Our complex is up and running after Hurricane Ian! We have private parking, remodeled kitchen and bathroom with walk in shower. We also have HDTV and On-Demand movies and TV. From your balcony, view many species of colorful birds to see such as pelicans, egrets, osprey, and herons as well as dolphins swimming in the surf.

Come and enjoy the large heated pool with luxurious sun deck for crowd-free sunning or sports activities. Access to the beach is only a few steps after you exit the building. Tennis and Pickleball courts are available to those who enjoy those sports. Take early morning, afternoon, or sunset walks on the sand of this most beautiful beach. Beach sunsets are too beautiful to describe!

New shops and restuarants are almost opening daily but there is a long way to go. Margaritaville is open with 6 new restaurants and also can can be enjoyed with a daily pass for all their other activities. CVS is open 100 yards from properlty and Publix is open about 2 miles away. There are many YouTube videos that show the current conditions of the island shops and restaurants. Here is one from March 25, 2024.

We rent Saturday to Saturday except for Summer months. Also, our condominium association requires a minimum of 7 days rental.

NOTE: Please notice the difference between the views of our unit and some of the other units also advertised in VRBO. You don't have to look sideways to have water views.

Condo paradise
The condo was as described. Beautiful view of the beach from the balcony. Condo was nice and clean. Very cozy. Mike was very attentive to any questions. One of our sons surprised us for my husbands birthday. Which made our stay even better! Met some wonderful people on the beach. Still construction in the area, but that didn’t take away from our trip. We would recommend this condo and may even stay again. We were very satisfied. Vacations are hard to come by with our professions. Was nice to enjoy ourselves.

Oh yeah!
We just finished a wonderful week at this place!! It was perfect for us!! We loved having a direct view of the ocean and beach. The condo was so comfortable and well appointed. Mike and Suzanne were very accommodating and communicated well. The only bad part of our week was leaving. It was so good to be back to FMB!!

Amazing Sunsets
This condo was very well equipment with everything you needed for an amazing beach vacation . The host was always very responsive with any questions we had. Yes Hurricane Ian caused a lot of damage in the surrounding area , but I would definitely stay there again.

Not as expected
Condo was nice. Hurricane damage was shocking. For what you have to pay for a rental with the damage still being repaired it was a poor value. Elevator was down 2 different times for hours and it held up plans. The alarm in the building next door went off 2 solid days and we couldn’t hear the TV or surf because it’s blaring away. The ground floor is under major construction and everything else around the building is closed under construction repairs. It’s hard to fault the owner to try and get income back from being out of commission but I was led to believe the pool was possibly going to open to finding it don’t even have a liner or fence around it and was told it would not open for months. Half the beach area was closed for repairs and there is no lobby or first floor it’s wide open to the air. I guess I just expected more done to be open. It’s a heavy construction site and zone for sure.

A great vacation!
Everything was perfect. The unit was well appointed; cozy but we didn't feel cramped at all. The view of the Gulf from the 11th floor gave us the opportunity to watch the cloud formations. It was very close to good places to eat as well as Publix. We couldn't ask for anything more. We hope to do it again sometime.
