Built in 1924, this Sears Kit Home ( model: "The Walton") has charm to spare. Enjoy a piece of American history updated with modern conveniences like a gas fireplace, hot tub, and chef's kitchen.

No smoking on the property.

Our cottage is located a short walk from the Downtown River District where you can enjoy local shopping, dining and entertainment. There is a public boat ramp just a few blocks away for all you boaters out there.
