Property had an over chemical or odor like they were trying to cover up the smell of something. The bedding seemed damp and breakfast didn't start until 7 am which is late for people who like to get up and going in the am with a family.

We reserved a 1 bedroom suite, we did not get a bedroom we got just a room with a bed and a couch. Conditioner was completely empty. When I called to complain about the wrong room they told me to “take it up with Travelocity”….. super disappointing!!!!

I booked the executive suite with king and soda bed. We arrive to check in at 8:30 to NO SOFA BED!! And the room smelling like smoke, they did not have the room I booked so we left very unhappy

Nice hotel close to restaurants and shopping

Extremely helpful staff relocated and UPGRADED us into a roomy suite after discovering our TV was malfunctioning. Also patiently guided grumpy me through my early morning misunderstanding of an unfamiliar faucet. Thank you all!
