Comfortable for the overnight slumber and shower

The property is neat and clean. The surrounding properties are not. This house is in a dilapidated neighborhood that the locals seem to be attempting to rehab. It is very quiet and as I said, residential. The location is good as it's very close to the beach, and to the grocery should you need anything. There is a single couch in the house that seats at least 4 but you all face the same way so not conducive for conversation. There is a dresser in one bedroom but all the drawers are full of sheets so either you move their stuff or live out of your suitcase on the floor.There is an upstairs unit to this unit and the folks that were there during our stay were very loud walking around the unit. They seemed to be workers with construction boots that started their day at 6am. Overall, if you are looking for a place to sleep and shower so that you can spend time at the beach, this is your place. The host was responsive to my texts. The house was clean, albeit a little rough around the edges with regard to the rehab.
