Located at Sanibel Harbour, this condo is the perfect get- away spot for relaxing at the beach and pool and enjoying all that the Florida Gulf coast has to offer.

Watch the dolphins and enjoy romantic sunsets over San Carlos Bay from this 5th floor South/West corner condo and spacious L-shaped wrap around lanai/terrace

Our condo suffered no damage from Hurricane Ian.
POOL & HOT TUB ARE OPEN for our guests enjoyment!

Guests also have access to our private beach, which was fully restored with new fresh sand, where they will find plenty of sunloungers.


A private beach, pool and spa hot tub, within footsteps of the building lobby, are for the exclusive use of condo owners and rental guests (no additional fees). Sunloungers, tiki hut umbrellas and palm trees stretch along the beach and are positioned poolside. Family barbecue area to rear of the property.

Located next to the Marriott Resort and Spa. Access to the hotel facilities (i.e., additional pools, tennis, gym ...) is possible for an additional fee via a Guest Pass (subject to availability).

Highly rated, Full service Spa at Sanibel Harbour, a short walk away on the Resort grounds, is open to the public. Good selection of restaurants are also within walking distance on the Resort grounds. A walking/jogging trail winds through the lush, tropical setting of these well maintained resort grounds.

The next door marina offers boat and other watercraft/ kayak /paddle board/wave-runner rentals. The fishing pier is ideal for casting a line or for just a stroll. A luxury dinner/brunch yacht cruise is available on site - advance reservation is highly suggested

Spectular views from within this South/west corner condo and the enclosed lanai terrace. This two-bedroom, two bathroom condo is presented beautifully with a full fitted and equipped kitchen, a dining area and a lovely presented living room with water view. Condo renovation completed including all essential equipment newly installed (i.e., new a/c unit, hot water heater...) and the condo is managed and maintained by an onsite management company to ensure a hassle-free stay.

The unit contains all the amenities of a home including high speed wireless access (no charge) and cable tv in all rooms.

The renovated, fully equipped kitchen includes new cabinets, stove cooker/oven, microwave oven, large refrigerator with water/ice dispenser, dishwasher, washing machine & dryer.
Kitchen is well equipped for family cooking. Keurig coffee machine and an electric filter coffee maker are provided.
Large granite countertop provides plenty of working space and faces into the open space dining and living area.
The kitchen leads to the dining area separated by a bar height counter with swivel stools perfect for morning breakfast or evening entertaining.

The dining area and living area are set out so to enjoy the breathtaking water and beach views from many angles.
The glass dining table comfortably seats six - all newly installed in 2024. The living room sofa (queensize sleeper sofa) and love seat are well positioned for tv viewing and taking in the water views. A comfortable chair sits off in the far corner for a quiet reading. For a bit of dedicated working space, there is a desk that can easily be positioned in this quiet corner or one of the bedrooms (as a guest may prefer)

The master bedroom (with king size bed - new mattress installed in 2023) has sliding glass doors which leads to the front lanai terrace. Bedroom has wall-mounted flat screen tv. En-suite bathroom with spacious walk-in shower and plenty of closet and draw space makes for a comfortable stay.

The second bedroom has a 2 twin beds (new beds & mattresses installed in 2023) television and large closet.

The second bathroom includes a full bathtub/shower, large counter and sink and plenty of storage space.

This unit sleeps 6 as the living room sofa pulls out to a queen size bed. New living room furniture including new sleeper sofa were installed in 2022

On- site management team oversee this property. This is a non-smoking unit and pets are not allowed per condominium rules.

This was a wonderful place to stay, overall no complaints. some things eould have been good to know ahead of time for example we went for 7 days, there no spices available in the kitchen, that is chocker block full of dishes. the condo is located on the beach, but no broom and dustpan.. small things like that would have been helpful to know and have Small Amounts of soap and shampoo dishwasher pods (2). These are only small things. But would have been helpful to know to better prepare. Otherwise. Book this place the views are and were spectacular! 511

Great spot not far from Sanibel

Three of us stayed here for a Sanibel-focused shelling trip; most rentals still weren’t open (due to severe damage from Hurricane Ian in Sept 2022) when we were booking in the spring, so we opted for Lori’s place. The location is great - about 30 min from the airport, 10 min to a grocery store, and 15-20 min to most locations on Sanibel and Captiva. The condo is clean, spacious, and well-stocked with dishes and utensils for cooking. Couches and beds are comfortable, and the lanai is wonderful. Definitely a plan to apply bug spray if you’ll be spending any time out there, though, especially in the evening (sunsets are amazing!)
 the no-see-ums absolutely find their way through the screens on the 5th floor. There’s a sun shade and some beach mats, but BYO beach towels (the towels provided are nice white bath towels), and any beach toys/coolers/shelling stuff. The beach is quiet and clean (and dolphins pass by very close to the shore!), and the pool looks like it’s almost ready to reopen. The Marriott facilities (spa and gym) were great as well. Overall - a fantastic place!

The Condo and the View was amazing! The Beach was nice white sand and fairly clean, Unfortunatley you could not go in the ocean water as it was disgustingly filthy, gray brackish water with debris,cans and auto parts, and various types of rubish, including a lot of silt and vegatation, floating like a current past along the beachfront and apparently this all comes from the Caloosahatchee River that dumps into the ocean just up from Sanibel Island beach Harbour Condos and this also includes agricultural waste from the Cane Farms along this river further inland.Would definitley not go back.

Fantastic place to stay

My first trip to Florida and this condo was a great choice. The Condo is just as pictured and described. The master bedroom was awesome. Great bed and awesome pillows and lovey new bathroom. The second bedroom is offer privacy and its own bathroom. Nice livingroom that overlooks the balcony. The views from the balcony are fantastic. There is a private beach right out front. We were able to find a few shells and some sea beans. It is just off the main path but close to restaurants and public beaches. Thank you Lori for the use of your condo. I will definitely recommend it.

We had a great time

The communication with the Owner (Lori) was great before and during our stay. We knew the pool was not available, we still had a great time sitting on the beach and on the balcony. We were there only 3 days and during our visit we drove to Sanibel Island. The devastation is so great, it is understandable that the recovery will take a long time. Thank you Lori for being a great host!

This condo is clean, beautiful and spacious. The location is superb, as are the views. It is steps to the beach and pool. The furniture is very comfortable. We wished the kitchen had a little more by way of supplies — it has a tiny, thimble-sized container of salt and pepper and that is it—if you want to cook you need to buy every oil, spice, etc. Also, as advertised in multiple places, the noseemums are around, cannot be kept out by screens, and we got a million bites. So definitely bring bug spray.

Outstanding Condo

This condo was perfect. It has everything you need for a great vacation. The view from the screened lanai was outstanding, overlooking the causeway and bridge to Sanibel Island. We spent every evening on the lanai watching one beautiful sunset after another. The kitchen, the furniture and the bedding were top of the line and the heated pool and Jacuzzi were just what we needed after days spent shelling on Sanibel. The host was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. We are already planning our next stay at Punta Rassa.

This condo met all our needs. It was spacious, had all the essentials and a smooth checkin and check out process. The sunset views from the patio and private beach area were priceless. A very quiet condo complex.
