Nice place with a lot of really cheap stuff
The negatives were many, sadly. I only have 1,500 characters so that's why it's point-form at times. Positives first: good location, layout, living space, kitchen, back deck, quiet neighborhood, lots of parking. Dining room table and space were nice. Negatives - our check-in was a pain and we weren't able to get in until about 4:30 because the host wasn't communicating. But there was just lots of low-quality stuff in the place. The ceiling fan in one bedroom didn't work at all, and in the other was missing its bulb cover and the fan couldn't be run while you were sleeping because of a grinding noise it made. The fridge made this awful buzzing noise about every 20 minutes that would keep waking me up at night. Not that I could sleep much anyway because being unable to run the ceiling fan made the room hot with the door closed, and the beds were cheap thin mattresses on a metal cage that squeaked and bounced every time anyone moved. Washer made a loud banging sound, like there was a cement block inside, so no sleeping if it's running. I woke up with back pain every day. One of the legs on the couch was bent so badly nobody could sit on one end it out of fear it wouldn't bear any weight. Almost every plate we could find in the cabinet was filthy. This might have been the result of previous guests putting them away this way. Property was otherwise clean. Not trying to be mean, but it was like they cheaped out on everything in this property. Wouldn't do it again.
