Surrounded by preserves and parks, this is a perfect spot for a weekend getaway, a business trip, a wedding destination, or for relaxing on a quiet, private beach. It features a spacious and sunny bedroom with walk-in closet, a living room with complimentary Roku/Xfinity streaming television (premium channels), and, an alcove with microwave, toaster oven, coffee maker and small fridge. Wood floors and tile throughout. Outdoor amenities include use of the screen enclosed pool and courtyard, with dining table and chairs, large grill, and a fishing dock on the Indian River.

Everything was easy and convenient from beginning to end. Lilian is a wonderful hostess! The property is in a serene, relaxing setting. Accommodations are just what you need for a stay away from home. The nearby beach is beautiful and private.

from the moment I walk in to greet host Liliana ,she was so very pleasant and welcoming. I've been coming to vero beach for 30 plus years and the location and the beach are amazing. Very clean and quiet location but close to all local restaurants and shopping. I was in the area on business and only 4 minutes away from my client's. A must stay location and ill be back again next month. simply amazing accommodation!!

Everything was just as described. Having a private beach in Florida is a rare find and this property is just as rare. Clean, quiet, and secluded. Private parking and a very peaceful sleep each night. Stayed here while our family home is being rebuilt just up the beach. I hope to return again soon. The owners are like family.

The Guest House is across the street from beach. Parking and living space is fine. The negative is that you had to climb a long stairway to reach the guest house. The Kitchenette did not have a sink. We had to rinse breakfast dishes in bathroom. The swimming pool is very small. Hostess very pleasant.

We stayed at the beautiful property for a mere 24 hours. During that time we were able to walk to the beach and spent a few hours there (totally alone) listening to the waves and feeling the sun on us. We also walked down to the dock area which was a nice stroll. The guest house had everything we needed and was charming and cozy with super high ceilings. We will return.

Nice place to stay with the beaches nearby, a quiet neighborhood, comfortable bed, very clean. The "kitchen" is pretty workable, we weren't too enthused about cooking much anyway, though we missed running water there. We would stay there again on future trips!

Great stay! Beach is beautiful, quiet and a short walk to the private access. Amazing sunrises on the beach, and sunsets on the Indian River Lagoon. Accommodations are perfect. Comfortable, spotless, nicely set up. Also, very quiet, great for a good night’s sleep. The natural surroundings are so soothing. Great to relax, and recharge. A refreshing dip in the pool was a perfect ending to the day. Liliana is a terrific host, friendly, very accommodating. Highly recommend!

Very Quiet

Absolutely loved how peaceful and quiet it was. The dock and sunset were breathtaking views! Access to beach was very easy. The drinks, muffins and yogurt were an unexpected bonus! Loved staying here for the weekend!
