The staff at this hotel is excellent so kind so friendly. The lobby is beautiful. Note that this hotel does have some wear and tear, but it is *well worth* the value and the service. I would stay here again! It is a former holiday Inn express.

Great front desk service. Unfortunately the first room we checked into had not been cleaned, crumbs on the table, dank smelling and the carpet was disgusting and falling off the wall where it was stuck to & old yellow, moldy stained air conditioner. The second room we were put in there was visible mold on the lamp shades and water damage on ceiling & carpet was disgusting. Third room, passable, air quality not the best but passable. We were exhausted from 13 hours of driving so we stayed & non refundable reservation through Expedia—we were confused about the good reviews. The young lady at the front desk was amazing and helpful.

The staff was friendly, the breakfast was great, check in/out was easy. It's not the newest hotel in tiwn by far but it is clean, comfy beds, great, staff,great free breakfast. Wound book again for sure.

The hotel is a bit hard to find as it does not have many markings to indicate what hotel it is. Apparently it was another hotel earlier and his been purchased by a new hotel chain. The property is good for the price, a bit worn down in places but clean. We were greeted and checked in by a new staff member, who was on her first unsupervised assignment and was FANTASTIC. Very personable, efficient and kind. She made sure we knew that there were fresh baked cookies at the desk while we were getting into our room. Breakfast was substantial, including a pancake maker, eggs, sausage, potatoes, biscuits and gravy. Juices and coffee were plentiful, cereals, pastries and yoghurt. Very nice! All in all a good experience!

Smooth check in, front desk staff friendly and helpful. Stayed 3 nights, room only cleaned once and I had to request for the room to be cleaned. The next day picked up dirty towels and emptied trash only. Didn't replace dirty towels with clesn ones. Carpet really needs to be shampooed amd floor in bathroom really sticky. I went barefoot one day and washed my feet before I went to bed and the washcloth was brown with dirty. Will bring slippers from now on.

The bed was comfortable. We couldn’t get the tv to work, so staff had to reprogram it. The surface of the tub was slick & felt grimy, so we had to be very careful when showering. Friendly staff, decent breakfast.

The room was very clean and comfortable. The staff were outstanding. Very friendly and accommodating. The parking lot was well lit, and very safe. The air conditioner worked exceptionally well. It was a great room for a great price. We will definitely stay here again.

The desk clerk was friendly and upbeat. The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable. The shower had great water pressure but the frayed fabric shower curtain on the arc shaped rod could not keep the water in. The hair dryer didn't work, and there weren't enough accessible outlets to charge phones or make coffee. One of the window panes was completely blocked and needs replacement. They supposedly served free breakfast til 9 am. However when my husband went down at 8:45 they were pulling all the food and putting everything away without even asking if he wanted any of it. Even the salt & pepper shakers had been gathered up.
