The staff was fantastic. We were ghere for 2 weeks and got to know the staff. They were very polite and helpful. The only issue was the elevators were interesting.

Messed my reservations up and then increased the cost, took 2 hrs to get corrected. Room too cold upon entering then started smelling like mold when I turned to A/C off. Staff ignored me at first and threatened to cancel completely when the mistake was theirs. I will not stay at that place again.

Still currently here. Lots of luggage to unload from the car and the one and only rolling rack has a wheel broken off. Weird smell in hallways and room. Decent room, spacious. With all the hotels around to choose from it would be nice if this one offered breakfast as well.

The only complaint is pool and hot tub both closed which is why I booked this hotel (wanted pool and hot tub) otherwise I could have stayed elsewhere cheaper. That being said excellent customer service nice hotel and room was great other than a wet carpet but it smelled like they had just shampooed it. I would recommend
