hello, we recently stayed in room 218 I believe on Thanksgiving. We found pet urine, cracked tiles, unknown liquids running down the walls, food caked in the carpet, missing plumbing fixtures, mold, loose electrical outlets full of lint waiting to catch fire. We are requesting a full refund for a stay. Attached are a few photos.

Our accessible room #127 truly was accessible—thank you! We have experienced what other hotels call accessible but do not qualify for that description. Your well-designed room made us feel appreciated and our needs anticipated. The breakfasts were delicious and comprehensive. Staff were always friendly and helpful. We felt secure, rested well and have no complaints. The charges are affordable too although I do think Expedia should honor our military with a discount in view of their service. Thank you very much!

Really loved the location of this hotel! Very quiet. The staff was super nice and they had a fridge AND microwave in the room which was a massive plus as we had to throw out a lot of food due to other hotels not providing a way to heat up leftovers

It honestly was a great stay but someone kept banging on my door or knocking against it all night. I was too tired to complain, but it was just annoying. Everything else was amazing! I would call this a 4 star hotel.

When we got to our room we found a vape cartridge under the mattress corner and leftover pizza in the mini fridge. That was off putting for sure. However, everything else was clean. Beds were comfortable.
