Over all it was an ok stay. Customer service was nithing special, no smile or welcome, just how can I help you. The rooms had some scratched Paint, stains on the furniture and a bug in the pull out couch. The beds are very firm, which was not bad honestly. Pillows was soft. A/C was cold. My favorite part was in the bathroom, they had dove everything. So when you showered your skin actually felt good, Dove lotion as well. The breakfast was your typical everything heated in a microwave but tasted ok. They had this cool automatic pancake maker. They do set out cookies in the afternoon. Honestly we paid $128 with tax. For a night and the condition of the room, price should have been cheaper, felt more like a Motel 6 rather than a Holdiay Inn

Parking lot is only at the front so if u get a room facing the parking lot then u can watch ur car. But otherwise the utilities and walls were cracked and old looking. Walls were falling apart in our room in the bathroom. It was clean but again was falling apart. Breakfast was ok. Pancakes were good, the staff was extremely kind to my mom for coming a bit late after 9 30 so she got my mom some breakfast so that was kind of her. Also complimentary water when checking in with smart water.

The staff was so amazing. I had a few requests (extra pillow for child sleeping on the couch, towels for pool, blanket for couch) and though I went down several times, the staff member was so kind. I wasn’t wearing my glasses so did not see her name tag. The breakfast was good. Takeout likely would have been better. But it was decent enough to eat. The room itself was great. Our family of 5 had plenty of space with 2 queen beds and a couch, however, the carpet was gross and sticky. I made sure all of us were wearing shoes while walking in the room. There was a sticky white substance on the TV. It was not large, but still noticeable because you had to point the TV remote to the back of the TV to change a channel. The bed was so comfortable. Like soooo comfortable. The sheets were a bit stiff though. Not too uncomfortable but like you could tell that they had been washed with bleach about 100 times. Not a bad place to stay, but I expected a little more for the price I paid. I’d stay again in a pinch.
