The room was nothing like it was described. The bunk beds in the hallway were coming loose from the wall which made it unsafe for kids to be on. The top bunk had no railing so no one could sleep without the feeling they would fall off. The beds were very hard, like sleeping on a piece of wood. The flooring was all different and it looked like they ran out of tile and broke a couple of pieces to create the entryway flooring. The bathroom is very outdated with no space to put anything on the cabinet. The kitchen is not stocked with any pans to cook meals with either. They do not give enough towels if staying more than two days which makes you have to pay to do laundry. Advertising says laundry but says nothing about having to pay over 5 for a load. So staying 4 days like myself, I spent a lot of money doing laundry so my family had clean towels. The laundry basket was also broken which made it difficult to carry all the towels to the laundry room down 3 flights of stairs without falling. Oh, and some washers didn't even work.
