Welcome to 'the world's most beautiful beaches' at Okaloosa Island on the emerald waters of the Gulf of Mexico! Emerald Isle Condo #304 awaits your arrival in grand style with a newly renovated unit featuring 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, kitchen with upscale appliances, dining room, living room, den and two spacious balconies looking out at the sparkling waters. Enjoy our paradise on the pristine sugar sands of the Panhandle, close to shopping, restaurants, grocery stores and a multitude of beach attractions.

EIO304 is a 1500 SF condo positioned to be your return destination season after season. Great vacation amenities without all of the congestion on either the beaches or in traffic! Three bedrooms (furnished with a king bed, two queen beds and two twin beds) will sleep 8. An open floor plan which keeps the Living Room, Dining Room and Kitchen in proximity allows for the togetherness and visitation you desire.

Wireless internet service, cable TV on five televisions and DVD players will keep you connected and entertained when you're not on the beach, at the pool, grilling out, playing tennis or relaxing on either of the two balconies.

Great food abounds on the coast and whether you're in the mood for seafood, steaks, French, Italian, Greek, Thai, Mexican, BBQ or pizza, there are restaurants for most every taste and price point. Not to mention a fantastic French bakery!

The condo was clean, comfortable, and just the right size for 8 guests, although more than 8 could have fit comfortably! We had a great trip! My only complaint would be the view, but we knew it wasn’t a direct view when we booked it. You can see the gulf from the balcony on the side of the building, so we were satisfied with that!

Everything you need. Two living room areas is unheard of. One for grownups and one for younguns. Lack of washer/dryer was not as bad as we thought. They are on each floor and area is clean. A/C problem was resolved immediately. Not much view of ocean only down side. We've already talked about going back

Great Place

We really enjoyed our week here and would try to rent this condo again! Everything was very clean and nothing was broken except there was no lock on one of the balcony doors. The balconies are very close to each other and it would be easy to climb into, so I do wish the owner would have gotten that fixed during our stay. The condo is super close to the beach, has lots of room (2 balconies, 2 living rooms!) and was beautifully decorated!

Long Awaited Family Time

The condo was very nice. I only found 2 things wrong. There was soda splattered on the walls in the entry way and we had to wipe it off. There were stains on the second comforter in the room with twin beds. The first one was taken care of by the property manager. Overall, though, it was a very nice condo. Loved the area!!

We really enjoyed our stay at Emerald Isle! The beach was wonderful and the condo clean and very comfortable! The only caveat was no ocean view where our unit was.. I wish the description of the property explained this better.. yes it said said ocean view but that was the building we were in and not our unit.. Tracy was helpful and fun to talk to!

Great Stay - Exceeded Expectations, we will try to stay here again!

We loved the size and layout of the property. The layout of the condo was perfect for our family and everyone was able to stay comfortably and really helped us enjoy our stay even more. The proximity to the beach was great, maybe one of the shortest walks to the water of any condo on the island and the size of the pool was great for the size of the condo complex. The condo was clean and well stocked, the furniture fit us well. The online listing doesn't do it justice. We will definitely try to stay here again!
