There is plenty of room to spread out and relax both inside and out on the spacious balcony with new dining table. This end unit is easily accessible from the elevator and just a few steps from drive-up covered and secured parking.

The open floor plan of this three bedroom/plus bunkroom unit allows options for both privacy and togetherness. With 3 separate bedrooms and a bunk room, there is sleeping in beds for 8 people with a comfy queen sleeper for 2 more if needed. Three full bathrooms are an added plus for larger parties. The condominium's kitchen is well appointed with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and beautifully tiled floors. The fully-stocked kitchen includes all dishes, cooking utensils, and bakeware needed for your eat-in dining adventures. There is indoor dining with a large table and seating for 8 people.

The listing was just as it said it would be online. The check in process was great with no issues. The parking garage is a matter of a few feet from the entrance of the condo. The condo had plenty of space for a group of ten people. The variety of pools at the condo along with the beach access nice. Also having the complementary chairs and umbrella with the condo was great. There was a funky smell in the condo at check in but a little spray got it out easily. The cleanliness in the kitchen could have used a little more focus as a few things were not clean but nothing to really fuss about. There are a few places to eat across the street that you can easily walk to. All in all we would definitely book again.

Great time with Family

Our family of 7 (4 adults and 3 kids under 8) enjoyed a week. The condo was amazing with space for everyone and the deck/patio was a favorite place to hang out. The access to the beach and pool - awesome!

Incredible variety vacation

We were so blown away with all the things there were to do for all ages of kids. The condo was perfect, we loved the layout. Having teenaged kids and small kids, it worked out great for all ages.

Great view of the beach and pool areas. The room was really clean and cute but was outdated and worn. The master bathroom smelled moldy under the sinks and the towels under there did too. It could definitely stand to be updated with new applications and furniture. The balcony was a really good size but I don’t think it has ever been cleaned. I had to wash down the tables and seats just to be able to sit on them or put our food on the balcony table. The pillows were moldy and dirty and needed to be thrown away. It needed sweeping and cobwebs cleaned off. That was disappointing but other than that it was nice. Definitely spacious. We loved the location and all the pools it had. We loved the lazy river. We loved being able to just walk out to the beach. The beach was absolutely beautiful and having the 2 chair rental with an umbrella included was definitely a plus.

Good both stays!

This was our second time at Waterscape and both stays were great. Everything about this place is convenient. We have taken two different groups of people with us about it suits everyone's needs. From the accessibility for our machore adults to plenty of fun things for the kids. The views and wildlife are breathtaking! We see dolphins everytime right at the beach.

Needs some attention

We are repeat visitors to Waterscape and love the location and property. However- this unit needs a major deep clean and some updates. Stained pillows and mattress covers, marks and scuffs all over the walls, baseboards, ceilings and overall needs a deep, deep cleaning.

Had trouble with washing machine in room and drone flying near our balcony . Had to turn off some gas grills along the pool area , you could smell gas .Please have security guard check thiose at times Thanks
