The internet did not work despite my entering the room and name correctly. Tried contacting front desk, he had no idea how to help and told me he would contact someone and get back to me. Called back hours later; the phone rang only twice and stopped before I could even get to it. The water in the bathroom was either ice cold or scalding hot. The refrigerator unit made way too much noise and disrupted sleep. The woman at the breakfast bar demanded to know what room I was in and made me feel bad about my appearance.
