Dolphin Sightings and Fun in the Sun

Great location right on the beach. Good view from balcony where we could watch the dolphins swim by. Fun firework show for New Year's Eve that we could watch right on the beach. Communication was excellent and any issues were addressed in a timely manner.

Very Clean!

This place has everything a family needs. Home away from home. Beautiful views, and beautiful clean place to stay. About a mile walk to the pier and restaurants. Wish we had a few extra blankets is our only complaint. Bring extra cash to the beach if you want to use the canoe and boards as they are not included. Beds are super cozy and balcony is very spacious. We had the best family vacation. Thank you

Great location & the cleanest condo I have ever rented. Sheets & towels were good. Pillows were hard, but that is expected in rental properties. Just remember to take your own.

Perfect Fot for Our Spring Break

This beachfront condo was a perfect fit for our family of 5 having a bathroom attached to each of the three bedrooms The chair service on the beach as part of the rental was an added bonus. We would love to come back again.

great location, really nice condo

Location is great. We've stayed on the Destin side before, but this was our first Ft Walton vacation. IT was great. The condo was great - perfect for a family of 5 with small children. The pool was fun and the proximity to beach was amazing. Beach staff was great too.

Beautiful location

We truly enjoyed our stay. Super roomy and great view. Conveniently located to food and entertainment within walking distance. There was construction going on on the property so we did not have garage parking but they were easy to work around. The owners delivered additional dining room chairs while we were there so we had enough seats for everyone which was greatly appreciated. This was by far the largest condo we’ve stayed at with 3 bedrooms and 3 baths. The pool area was tight at times but was manageable. The late checkin was inconvenient after a long drive but that was made clean on the contract and we were able to use the facilities. The beds and couch are kind of squeaky but kind of expected when staying at a rental. All in all a great experience and we plan on coming back next summer.

Loved everything about it! The condo was beautiful and very spacious! Bed(queen) was comfy. No complaints from others that stayed so guessing the kings was also... was clean and even smelled clean when we arrived!!! Definitely will stay again!!

Spacious and Well-Equipped Condo; Great Location

When we first arrived at the condo, we were very happy to see that it looked just like the pictures. It is very spacious, and we were pleasantly surprised by the variety of pots, pans, plates, glasses, and other kitchen utensils available, and there was ample closet and storage space throughout. However, the kitchen table only had 3 chairs, which is odd considering the condo is for up to 8 people. Upon arrival, the fridge was not cooling, which worried us at first, but it kicked on by the next morning. The location was great: beautiful view and right on the beach. There’s also good restaurants within walking distance or a short drive across the bridge. The beach does get crowded by the condos around the area, so if you want privacy this isn’t really the place for you. The wifi is very slow and doesn’t reach all parts of the condo equally. Overall, though, we had a wonderful stay here and would definitely book again.

The floor was missing 4 tiles they had a rug covering the floor. Other than that it was great a lot of room. The pools at the resort are small that’s the only downfall
