This One bedroom condo is a delightful little gem, it has a large master bedroom with access to the dual entry 1 and a half bath, there is a stackable washer an dryer located in the condo as well. The cozy living area has plenty of seating for everyone in your party, the fully stocked kitchen is a perfect set up for those that enjoy cooking and the private balcony overlooking the emerald waters of the Gulf of Mexico provides a view that cannot be matched. If you are looking for relaxation this is the condo for you.

The sleeping arrangements in this unit are as follows: master bedroom - 1 king bed. Bunk beds in the hallway. Sleeper sofa in the living room. This unit sleeps 6.

Carpet in bedroom is pretty worn , tub wouldn’t drain , paint has scruffs in several places and kitchen cabinets have pretty big spots ofPaint missing . Master bed is very firm so if you prefer a softer bed it’s not for you . You will need to bring or pick up everything such as toilet paper, salt and pepper, cooking spray , laundry detergent, dishwashing soap, hand soaps, etc . Overall stay was comfortable but will look for something more updated for the price next year .

The couch is sagging & needs to be replaced. Could use a new upgraded mattress as well. Comfort is everything. The appliances are probably the original. Cheap cabinets & countertops. It is all fine and I would stay there again but I would not look to go back to that particular condo because I think there are nicer, more updated condos for the same price. When you rent you should be enticing people to return again & again and this one doesn’t do that. Again, it was ok & not bad, just not outstanding.

Perfect location

Condo located on a beautiful beach. It was clean and easy to get around. Only major downside internet was TERRIBLE! We had no internet at all the last two days, and I had to work.
