Enjoy this beautiful updated gulf front condo on the snow-white sands of Okaloosa Island. The emerald green waters are a feast for the eyes and the expansive beach is a wonderful playground for exploring or relaxing to the sound of the surf. Take in views of the dolphins and pelicans feeding in the shallows from the private covered balcony with bar height chairs.
This condo rents Sunday to Sunday during peak summer. Sundays are less crowded on the roadways entering Okaloosa Island and the elevators will not be as busy.
Our gorgeous completely remodeled condo is located on the second floor directly on the beach. You will enjoy the view and sound of the gulf from the master bedroom and living area. There is sliding door access to the balcony from both. We want you to feel at home and furnished a leather sectional with three recliners, a leather swivel chair and large flat screen TV. Our condo has three bedrooms, each with its own private full bath, and its own flat screen TV. There is a king-size, queen-size, and a twin over queen bunk with 4 inch memory foam toppers for you to enjoy. This is an allergy friendly unit with coastal wood-look tile throughout.
The beautiful open concept kitchen boasts tall raised panel cabinets with beautiful granite countertops. There are three swivel stools at the countertop bar in addition to the table with a seating for 7 with three on the bench. The kitchen has stainless steel appliances. The refrigerator has an in-door ice and water dispenser. The kitchen is fully equipped to prepare meals for your family.
We invite you to vacation here, enjoy time at the beach, and make some memories. Island Princess has a pool heated as long as temperatures demand it to 85 degrees. There is also hot tub near the pool. Other activities to enjoy at the beach would be kayaking and stand up paddleboarding. Ask the beach service about rentals.
There is a barbecue pavilion with gas grills and a fitness center on site. There are plenty of parking spaces available. We do not own an assigned parking spot. Unit 201 is only a few steps to the stairs and the new elevator installed in 2018. We also include free beach service from March through October to include two chairs and one umbrella daily.

Okaloosa Island is located off of the busy Emerald Coast Parkway with less crowded beaches. This complex is convenient to restaurants and activities. Nearby restaurants include: AJâs Oyster Shanty, Asagioâs Skillet, Old Bay Steamer, Fubar (a bar that serves pizza), and a new addition in Stewbyâs Seafood Shanty, my favorite local seafood joint.
There is a large store selling beach items at the entrance to Okaloosa Island. Brooks Marina is also nearby with a boat launch, boat storage, and pontoon boat rentals and jet ski rentals available.
A short drive would be the Boardwalk with a fishing pier and shops and restaurants. There is also a gulfarium . Across from the Boardwalk is Wild Willyâs Adventure Zone with animatronic mini golf, a treetop ropes course, trampoline jump and arcade. They will also add laser tag and go-carts soon.
I would recommend visiting HarborWalk Village six miles away in Destin. There are several restaurants there, shopping, and activities for kids and weekly events including a fireworks show in the summer on Thursday nights. HarborWalk is where the fishing charters are based and you can book a fishing trip or just see them bring in and clean their daily catch. There are many boat tour options to include snorkeling, dolphin watching, sunset viewing and a large Pirate ship replica for children. There are also pontoon boat rentals, jet ski rentals and parasailing charters.
At night, you will see many people on the beach with flashlights looking for hermit crabs and other night creatures. Bring along a flashlight to join the fun.
