Perfect place for a relaxing getaway

We thoroughly enjoyed the condo, as well as all that pools that the resort had to offer! Close proximity to restaurants, 10 minute drive to Destin, and private beach access for the resort as well! Check in was a breeze! We look forward to coming back!

Nice But Not Clean

Property was fine, but owners were stingy. No dish rags, nothing to clean grease, stainless or glass with.... had to go buy wash cloths for kitchen & Windex, etc. NO seasonings @ ALL in kitchen. No working can opener. Dirty dishes in cabinet. Dirty bedspread. Dirty floors. Sticky walls, smudges on bathroom door, sticky knobs.

Very nice

Everything was clean and very well stocked. The communication was great. The only thing I have to “ complain” about was the larger pools and lazy river was not heated. We would definitely stay here again.

Not so good view

I picked this location and was expecting more than I got the view from our room sucked it was blocked by a man lift that wasn’t even in use! They could have moved me to another room or moved the big machinery. The room and everything else was nice being that it wasn’t too warm for long Stays in pools but would have been nice to have time on the balcony with a great view instead of this.Not worth the price with that or a discount should have been given I wish I could upload a picture

Very clean condo with a beautiful view!

We had a great girls weekend with 2 of my best friends and one of their husbands! Our stay was awesome at the condo with a beautiful view from the patio overlooking the pool and you can see the ocean and hear the waves! The condo was very clean and we had plenty of room for all of our things. The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen had all the appliances we needed. Would definitely recommend to anyone who is wanting a nice little get away!

Convenient to beach and pool

We loved gulfside 210, close to main elevator and short walk to pools and beach. Very clean unit, nicely decorated. Needs more large coffee mugs, but other than that had everything we needed. Beds super comfortable. Wish the balcony was more spacious, was cramped with all the furniture. And unfortunately being on the second level, not good ocean views bc of palm trees. Resort has alot to offer! Several restaurants in walking distance and put put. We were under the impression that the grado bar/pool was part of Destin West resort but it's actually the hotel next door. We still were able to walk over and enjoy even though we didn't have the correct armbands. We have already booked for the fall staying bayside.

Everything was great inside the condo. Walk ways/tile to the condo where not kept clean. The elevator had a problem all week. Wanted get hung up on 3rd floor. Heated pool was broke all week. Other than that I guess we would try it again

Unit is fine but location is depressed.

Check in was effortless. Unit was clean. Pool area is very nice and beach access is great. Our disappointment was that this unit is in a tired, rundown area. We had to drive to the eastern side of Destin for activities and dining. Also, the beach and golfing are about it for activities for adults.

Such a wonderful trip!

This was one of our favorite Condo rentals we have ever stayed. With two small children sometimes going on a family vacation can mean so much work! This rental made it easy with beach chairs, sand toys, Roku on all TVs and plenty of towels / hairdryer onsite. The beaches were just gorgeous and we loved being on the water even though it was quite chilly somedays. We also, unfortunately got food poisoning from the hotel next door and didn't mind being bound to the condo for two straight days thanks to those comfortable beds! Great stay- would definitely come back!
