Updated bathrooms, two with walk in showers and one with tub/shower combination. New flooring, quartzite countertops, cabinets, updated paint and ceilings.

Luxurious ocean front west end unit with spectacular views from the wrap around balcony of the finest white sugar sand beach on the Emerald Coast. Located on the highly desirable west end of the Island Princess property, the balcony features a bar height patio set which allows an unobstructed view of the Ocean. You can watch the dolphins play in the morning and enjoy our exquisite sunsets in the evening.

You enter through a private gated lanai and enjoy a newly renovated, modern, fully stocked kitchen with quartzite counter tops and dining area. The spacious living area is highlighted with a flat screen TV, sofa and two leather recliners for another spectacular ocean view.

Our unit has three bedrooms, each with en-suite bathrooms. The master bedroom features a king size bed, large closet, flat screen TV and sliding door to the balcony. The en-suite bathroom has an updated quartzite vanity and a beautiful walk-in shower. Bedroom #2 has a queen size bed, flat screen TV, large closet, private bathroom, updated quartzite vanity and beautifully tiled walk-in shower. Bedroom #3 has a queen size bed, flat screen TV, closet and en-suite bathroom with an updated quartzite vanity, tiled tub/shower.

The kitchen is updated and well equipped for the chef in your family. The living area includes a flat screen HDTV, a DVD player, sound system with Ipod docking station. Watch the action on the beach from your two leather recliners or stretch out on the sofa with a view. Cable TV and free High Speed and wireless internet service are free. For your enjoyment, a well-equipped exercise room and a comfortable card room are located on the ground floor near your elevator.

The entrance to your condo is a gated decorated lanai where you can sit with friends or enjoy a safe covered space for small children to play. Numerous beach toys are kept here for the enjoyment of our guests. Unit 616 comes with a covered, numbered parking space for your exclusive use as well as a free beach umbrella and two chairs (seasonal.)

Island Princess is located on Okaloosa Island, out of heavy traffic yet within 5 minutes of great restaurants, and it's close to just about any other vacation activity you can imagine. Enjoy this beautiful escape from a busy world!

Lovely updated condo. Excellent communication from owner. Comfortable beds. Beautiful ocean views (see saw dolphins off the balcony!). Nice hot tub and pool. Elevators fast and plentiful. 6th floor corner view. Everything you could need from foil cutter to champagne stopper to makeup towels to floor mats by the beds so no sand wakes you up. The host is very responsive answering all questions quickly and providing recommendations. Nice breezy courtyard by the front door that is private and beach chairs for your use on top of 2 chairs and umbrella on the beach with condo. Beach towels provided as are cleaning products to keep the place nice during your stay. Perfect getaway!!!

Wow! This property checks all of the boxes! Beautiful, upscale condo with a magnificent view. Coffee on the balcony every morning taking in the turquoise water, sugary white sand and brilliant blue sky was unforgettable. The condo is tastefully decorated, very clean, well stocked and has comfortable beds. The pristine beach and calm waters made for very enjoyable days! The host was quick to communicate and provided a lot of helpful info regarding the area restaurants, etc. our last night there fireworks over the bayou were incredible! Hope to return one day!

Our first time to Ft Walton Beach and we had a wonderful time. The condo is an end unit with amazing view of the ocean, the inside was beautiful and clean and the kitchen was fully stocked. It was perfect for the 6 of us. The host, Joy, was great with communication and was very thorough with instructions. We absolutely loved this place and will definitely be back.
