Peak Summer, end of May to mid-August, is a 7 night minimum (Saturday to Saturday). The remainder of the year is a 3 night minimum (any day check-in) in which we offer discounts for 7 nights or more. Please enter your dates for an instant quote.

2 beach chairs and 1 umbrella "beach service" included each day of your stay. (March through October)

Island Sands Unit 107: Our condominium has all the conveniences of home to make for a comfortable and convenient stay. Parking is just outside the front door. Our building just completed a total exterior upgrade including new paint. This work was completed July of 2025. Our condo is a 1 bedroom, 1.5 bathroom unit with an open concept living room and kitchen floor plan. The master bedroom has a king sized Serta memory foam mattress. The adjacent master bathroom has a large walk-in shower with a seat.

In the living room you will find 2 queen sofa sleepers. There are 2 flat screen TV's, one in the living room and one in the bedroom, each equipped with HD basic cable, Blu-ray, DVD, and smart functions so you can log into your Netflix and Youtube, among other apps. We also provide wireless internet access.

We have a fully stocked kitchen to prepare meals for the family. We provide a blender for making your favorite frozen beverage! There is also a coffee maker, microwave oven, dishwasher, and many culinary items for your cooking enjoyment! We also have a washer and dryer for your laundry needs during your stay.

We have plenty of storage space in both the bedroom and living room so you don't have to live out of your suitcase. Feel free to unpack and unwind! The entire condo is decorated with a beach theme. You will know you are at the beach even when you are inside!

Outside the back sliding glass double doors, you will find a grassy area great for the kids to play. Enjoy the 2 large captain chairs while you grill on the back patio. The wooden boardwalk leading directly to the beach is only steps away. At the surprisingly uncrowded beach, you will find 2 beach chairs and an umbrella reserved for you everyday!

Out the front door you will find another grill and picnic area which is right next to the private pool. The pool has many lounge chairs and umbrella tables for you to enjoy!

Perfect anniversary trip! This condo was literally steps away from the beach. No elevator to go down, no pool gates to go through, the beach was at the back door. The owners were so nice and they checked on us before we came, during, and after our stay. We flew in, used uber to get us there and had walmart deliver our groceries. We walked to The Beachview restaurant literally a 6 minute walk for breakfast one morning. We took a uber to Destin one day. We will be back again

Great Condo- would 100% rent again!

We really loved this condo. Very clean, and a smaller and quiet complex. It was so close to both the beach and pool. Loved the beach service and not having to carry chairs/umbrella to and from the beach! The owners are very attentive and accessable for questions. When our daughter’s soccer team was eliminated in our tournament in Orlando, we decided to start our trip back to Texas and have some beach time. Found this place and it was perfect. Well furnished with all we needed! Right on the beach. Quick response and answers to any questions. Quieter beach area but Destin close if you want that. We would definitely book here again!

The condo was super nice - very clean. The area was quiet and surprisingly close to several restaurants and attractions. The hosts were wonderful! I had forgotten my phone inside the condo on the first day, had forgotten my code - luckily - my husband had his phone and we were able to reach the owners and they responded quickly! Steps to the beach. I would recommend this condo to anyone wanting a nice clean condo and a super comfy bed! We loved our stay and will be back!

Lovely beachfront condo. Accurate description. Looked exactly as pictured. We cooked all but one meal, and were so impressed with the completeness of kitchen supplies (pizza pan/cutter, blender, baking dishes, etc). Beach service was nice and the unit was so close to the boardwalk, making it incredibly convenient. Perfect size for our family of 5!

Clean, nicely decorated, affordable condo on ground floor just steps from beach access. Plenty of cookware, dishes and utensils. Loved the exterior storm door going into condo that allowed easier access to unit especially when hands were full. Quiet residential neighborhood. Quiet unpopulated family oriented beach. This is our second stay in Steven’s condo. It was just as great as the first time! They even updated the boardwalk to the beach so that was a nice surprise! King bed is super comfy with lots of pillows which we love.

We truly enjoyed our stay. The place was clean, cute ans cozy. Something that stands out is the pillow options, usually you have maybe 2 standard basic pillows. Put this place had 6 pillows from soft to firm.. you had the best options to choose your comfort level. Ground floor with just a few steps up to the beach.. beach not crowded it was very relaxing.. This may be our new place to stay from now on..
