Property was average and slightly overpriced but it was mid summer in FL. No complaints in regard to cleanliness but I was billed an additional $40 with no explanation. This pushes the fee up well beyond what the room was worth and brings their trustworthiness into question. Do not recommend.

Staff threatened to call the police on my girlfriend, who tried to get a key with the receipt after locking herself out. Front desk is 24/7, but through an outsourced hotel machine in the lobby via telecom. No coffee in the rooms, but there is coffee available in the robot's lobby. I won't stay here again, solely for the fact they don't hire a local receptionist. I further won't stay here because of the surely housekeeper. It's a super budget place, that lives up to the budget reputation.

Look…if you are traveling on a budget, then maybe stay here. Although, there are so many other options, like Motel 6, Super 8, Best Western…all are head and shoulders about this place.

There are roaches in the room. We spent the day at the pool after check in and then went straight to dinner and a movie after a quick change. We went straight to bed due to our daughter having a very early flight so we weren’t in the room much. 5am the alarms go off and my daughter screams- roaches all over her bed, I step out of bed and roaches on the floor- needless to say we didn’t go back to the hotel after dropping her off for a nap before starting our day. I did go back to speak to the kiosk since there are no people to speak to in person- and she brushed it off- no apologies nothing just said I’ll look into it
