FREE PARKING AND FREE WIFI!!! The Summerlin is a wonderful property - not a high rise and only 30 condos in the building! The pool is a great size, located on the beach side and heated in the winter months. The property has free parking and BBQ grills. This condo is beautifully decorated and very well stocked! The master bedroom has a king size bed and it is BEACH FRONT with an entry to the beach front balcony. A 40" LED TV in the master bedroom for your entertainment and a Bose radio/CD player. The beach front living room has a brand new sofa, plenty of comfortable seating and a 47" flat screen TV. The guest bedroom features a Queen size bed and a 36" LED flat screen TV. All rooms have amazing décor including the bathrooms with hard wood flooring throughout the bedrooms. The kitchen is very spacious with granite counter tops including the island, all major appliances and EVERYTHING you might need to prepare a delicious meal for your loved ones. Very well stocked!!! Let's not forget the unbelievable views from the 5th floor! As soon as you walk into this prime condo, an amazing view will greet you! Once you walk out on the beach front balcony, you will never want to leave. Balcony has high-end comfortable furniture so you can relax and enjoy PARADISE.

Loving vacation life on the beach

This unit is very nice and comfortable. I would definitely recommend staying at this condo. The shower pressure was awesome in both bathrooms. I hope to be able to go back next year.

We thoroughly enjoyed our experience here. My husband was very happy with our condo. I’m a stickler. I found the lighting in the primary to be a bit dark. I also felt the bed was super hard. Overall, we felt the condo was comfortable. Great balcony and beach service was awesome. We would definitely book again.

Summerlin 502 This property met our expectations based on the description with a great view of the gulf and easy access to the beach. All the appliances in the condo work well, making our week stay very comfortable. We had an issue with the master bedroom bed not being clean. There were stains and hairs on the supposable clean bed sheets. This was reported to the management company and the next morning both beds' linen were changed plus I was partially refunded the cleaning fee. So, in other words, stuff happens and the management company addressed the issue and took full responsibility. Would I stay here again? Yes absolutely

We really enjoyed our time here, we had our daughter and her 2 young children and there was plenty of room for everyone. We even received a text after we checked out that housekeeping had found a shopping bag (about 300$) with souvenirs that we had just purchased and carelessly left behind. They had it waiting for us in our next rental ( we changed units when the kids left).

Beautiful!

Can't say enough about this condo! It was the most comfortable and cleanest place we have stayed. And the view was fantastic!! Absolutely loved sitting on the balcony daily soaking up the sun and people watching. Saw dolphins a couple times! Can't wait to come back!!!!

Out of the crowd and powder sand beaches

This location was spectacular with great places to eat w/o getting into the crowd and yet close enough to let you go explore where you want. Perfect accommodations for the four of us and spent every early morning and late evening out on the deck. You can walk the beach for several miles without shoes and avoid blisters. Refreshing water and a comfortable pool with easy parking all made for a great time!!! Thanks!

We truly enjoyed our stay in Summerlin 502. Everything was clean and in working order. We were communicated with prior to check in, making everything seamless. Nice condo and beach front. Last minute notice of potentially late check in. This was a canned statement and could have been sent a couple days prior. Floor still had sand on it and some dishes in cabinet were dirty. That is the reason for star reductions.

View is amazing. Has been completely updated. Beds were comfortable. Only issue we had was master bathroom shower. Would turn it on and water was only Luke warm. We notified company and their maintenance manager agreed. They couldn’t get anyone in since it was holiday week. I’m sure it is fixed by now. Again...condo was beautiful and the balcony was so relaxing
