The Space:

This beautifully appointed 2-bedroom/2-bathroom condominium features a fully stocked kitchen, separate dining area, and breakfast bar, perfect for preparing and enjoying meals during your stay. The spacious living room includes a queen-size sleeper sofa and access to a private balcony with partial Gulf views. The master suite offers a king-size bed and a private en-suite bathroom, while the second bedroom also features a king-size bed. We really enjoyed our stay at Sea Oats 408. Everything was as pictured and advertised. The only thing I would recommend would be to not have carpet in the bedrooms. We would DEFINITELY stay here again! Thank you!

Our family of 4 enjoyed our stay at Sea Oats Unit 408. Very comfortable set up with a king-sized bed for us and two additional beds for our children. Easy beach access and a nice pool area. Everything was clean and up to date. Internet and cable tv worked perfectly. Would stay again!

Clean and Comfy

This was a last minute trip we decided to take the week of to end our summer break. I was a little nervous to book here since we had never stayed in Ft. Walton before and there weren’t many last minute condos available. Upon arrival, we found the unit to be very clean and well maintained. The beds were comfortable and the decor looked nice. We loved the location. It was convenient to everything. We enjoyed having the beach set up included with our room. We would definitely book with them again.

Comfy & Convenient

Unit is very nicely appointed with comfy furniture & tons of linens for your use. The pool on site is pristine and has easy beach access which includes chairs/umbrellas for your convenience. Everything was clean when we arrived & all items in working order. I would stay here again. The only reason I rated location a 4 instead of a 5 is because while there is a partial view of the ocean from the balcony, there is also a partial view of the roof of the Hampton Inn next door. It's not a deal-breaker, but if you're looking for unobstructed ocean views or exactly beachfront, this unit is missing a little something.
