Clean and fun

The condo was very clean and as described. The beds are super soft (so beware if you have a bad back) but there were plenty of pillows and blankets. The pool and hot tub area were great but the hot tub was WAY too hot to get in, and I have never not been able to get in a hot tub if that tells you anything. Beach access was close and easy. There were 2 chairs and an umbrella provided with the room, which I love. It’s close enough that you can walk to the pier or boardwalk. We would definitely stay here again!

The location was good for the softball nationals my daughter was playing in. The condo was clean, it was hard to use one of the closets because the cleaners stored all of their items in it, (3 large totes).

Great condo for family

This was our first time staying at this property. Everything was perfect. We had a couple of issues with water upon arrival which was resolved within 5 minutes of my calling them. I highly recommend this property and the management company gets 5 stars.

Great family girls trip

It was beautiful and spacious! We loved having our own home away from home while on our Girls trip! The beach was gorgeous with soft, white sand and so close and easy to get to. The pool area was very nice and a good place to relax when the ocean was a little too rough!

Everything we needed

Condo had everything we needed for our stay. The beach chair service was a super nice touch. Felt safe with all the security codes in and out of the area. Carts were provided to help with luggage. The bed in the master bedroom was comfy and the master shower was nice, lots of water pressure. The beach was nicely kept as well.

Great Spot and Location!

We took a long weekend trip to Ft Walton beach, and stayed in this unit. There were 4 of us, and it was perfect! It's spacious, and very cozy. The online pics completely portray the unit. The location is convenient for Ft Walton, and the trip to Destin (which we also love), was just a short trip. 10/10 recommend!

Great Location and Rental!

We booked really late for a July 5-10 vaca (like week before) and were pleasantly surprised this rental was available. When I say the property is on the beach I mean the only thing between the room and the beach is a beautiful pool. We loved Kimberly"s place and highly recommend. Another plus we could easily see the Thursday night weekly fireworks launched off the pier.

Family Fun

It was perfect for our whole family , very clean, easy parking, great A/C and very short walk to the beach. We will be back for sure. 4.5 stars in my opinion.
