Being on the first floor, the view is limited. But, we chose the first floor unit due to the convenience of going back and forth to the beach for food, restroom breaks, etc. Also the proximity to the pool is outstanding. Literally walk out your door and the pool is right there.

We really loved everything about the place. GREAT location, walked straight out our patio to the pools and beach. Everything was as expected. Mike even allowed us in a little early once the place was ready. He even recommended a couple places to eat. Beds were very comfortable. A/C ran excellent, in spite of the very hot weather. I would book this condo again and HIGHLY recommend this condo.

Great location!

Easy check in, well stocked kitchen. Great WiFi. Very convenient to pool and beach. Enjoyed our stay. Pool and beach were not crowded and came with chairs and umbrella. Would stay here again!

Summer Place 104

We enjoyed our stay at Summer Place 104, but we did experience some issues that we wished we would have known beforehand. The guest toilet does not function properly (and the owner said that was normal), the dishwasher smelled like burning plastic when it was running (so we hand washed all of the dishes), the ice maker did not make or dispense ice, and the vent piece above the microwave would fall off fairly often (mostly when someone was standing under it). The location of the condo is fantastic and very easily accessible. I just wish I would have been warned of the above issues instead of having to figure them out once we arrived.

Thanksgiving 84th Birthday Celebration

Property was very spacious for the five of us. Just steps Away from the beach. Fully stocked kitchen (we did not have to use any thing, we came prepared with what we needed. ) We will definitely try to use this condo for future gatherings.

Upon arrival we had beautiful roses on the table and in the bedroom . The condo was beautiful and the owner was available if we had any concerns. The only draw back would have been the ice in the freezer did not work and carpet in the rooms . Being on the beach I felt like I needed to vacuum daily . Other than that beautiful condo .

Summer place is our summer place!!

This was our second year staying at summer place 104 and as long as we can reserve it, this is the only place we will stay. Family Vacation!

We spent a week in this beautiful condo and had a great time. Being on the ground level is one of my favorite parts of the condo because you don't need to pack up and go to the beach or pool. We work non stop and this week was so relaxing and just what we needed. The owner Mike is easy to work with and keeps the place looking great! This was our second summer that we booked this condo and it will not be our last!
