Summer Place #109 is a 1st floor beachfront unit. Open the patio door and you are steps from the hot tub, pool or white sand and waves! No need for a parking garage or elevators with this unit. Park right in front of the unit, enter with your digital lock code and start your vacation. It is very convenient when you are lounging at the beach or pool and want to grab something from the unit! You can also sit on the patio and keep an eye on the kids at the pool! Or walk out your patio door to the grill and picnic area which is just a few steps away!

Floor to ceiling patio doors in both the master suite and the living room lead to your own private patio. Summer Place #109 features four spacious bedrooms and sleeps nine comfortably with a king bed in the master suite, a king bed in the 2nd bedroom, a double bed in the 3rd bedroom and a double/twin bunk in the 4th bedroom. Fully equipped kitchen with granite counter tops and stainless appliances along with a breakfast bar provided with all the conveniences of home. The living room has ample seating and a large flat screen TV. Each bedroom also has a flat screen TV. The master bath has a whirlpool tub with separate walk-in shower. Free WIFI throughout the condo! Luxury and elegance create the charm of Summer Place Condominium. Situated directly on the Gulf of Mexico on beautiful Okaloosa Island, Summer Place has quickly become a family favorite destination. Great place

We had a great time and loved the condo. It was our first time with ground floor access. That is the only way to go. The beach chairs were an added bonus. The facility was very clean and maintained daily. The staff was all friendly and helpful. The only negative would be they had trouble with the gas grill and couldn’t get it working. They do have two charcoal grills that we switched to.

Convenient, clean, and comfy

Had a great time, team bonding. Great location, walking distance to restaurants and bars. Beach was beautiful, chairs and umbrellas supplied were big plus. Kitchen could use a few more pots and pans, pot holders would have been nice... I'm sure that was an oversight. Having an in unit washer and dryer was so convenient. Patio chairs have been updated, they were very nice. 5 stars all around!

Not many pots and pans, cookie sheets, silverware. There were no cleaning supplies, only a sweeper. We are used to the well stocked condo at Azure 112.

Fantastic Condo!

Condo is much larger in person. Beautifully decorated. Very clean. Amazing location. You are literally steps away from the beach. Patio is massive. My Family and I will definitely be staying at this Condo again. Staff at the complex are very friendly, attentive, and knowledgable.

This was our first time staying in a ground floor unit, and it was incredibly convenient. No elevators! We parked right outside our front door which was very nice. We discovered that our coffee maker was not functional the first morning we were there, and Sarah with Legacy Vacation responded so quickly and showed up with a brand new coffee maker that morning. She also responded quickly as our tub was missing a drain plug, and she delivered that as well. I was very pleased with her customer service. This is noteworthy as it seems that good customer service is impossible to come by these days.The only downside to the stay was that the "heated" pool was very chilly. The outside temperatures were in the mid 80s all week, and it was still really cold to swim in the pool. However, I understand that it is expensive to heat a pool.

This was perfect for our family vacation. We loved being on the ground floor with small children, it was perfect. The check in and out process was so easy. We had a wonderful time. The property was clean and description was very accurate. It was Perfect. Highly recommend this place.

OK stay

The grounds were dirty with a lot of visible trash under the stairwell in front of our door and in other places on the property that was never removed during our stay. We ended up cleaning the two condos ourselves after arrival because it was not adequately cleaned when we unloaded everything. That was disappointing. However, the office staff was very approachable and friendly. The location was convenient to seafood markets, grocery stores: etc. The state of the service industry is horrible everywhere right now, so I’m guessing that the lackluster cleaning job is a result of that and probably not the norm. Overall, it was a pleasant stay.

Broken kitchen trash can, vacuum broken, no hair dryers at all, no dust pan for sweeping, frying pan not usuable, cigarette butts outside front door and on side of patio. Stained carpet,needs some painting done, and wifi very spotty. With that said we love Summerplace. These issues were just an inconvenience nothing that ruined our trip. The owners of this unit just needs to do a walk through and see for themselves.

This unit is the perfect spot ground floor access to parking lot, to beach access, good food right across street, everything you need.....access to pool was great however was being repaired last day there (w/out notice) but over all wonderful!!
