Sunset Cottages located on Okaloosa Island in Fort Walton Beach, FL is the perfect spot for your beach vacation! This low-rise, 19-unit property is nestled along the white sandy beaches of The Gulf of Mexico and allows guests to enjoy a vacation filled with peace and uncrowded beaches. The courtyard style architecture puts the swimming pool in the center of the complex for easy access. Each unit has private balconies or patios allowing for a wonderful place to unwind. Enjoy nearby restaurants, entertainment, entertainment, and shopping. Retreat and relax while making great memories along the beaches of The Emerald Coast.

This 1 bedroom/1 bathroom condo includes: A fully stocked kitchen for preparing meals, a dining area, and private patio. A living room with a queen size sleeper sofa and large flat screen TV. A set of twin bunk beds in the hallway (Great for the kids). A master bedroom with a king size bed, flat screen TV, a full-size bathroom. Washer and dryer in unit. Ground floor access to unit with easy adjacent parking lot.

We go the extra mile to make sure you are comfortable: Plenty of pillows on each bed along with extra sheets and blankets if needed. Plenty of bath towels and beach towels. We have a pontoon boat that is rented exclusively to our guests. The boat needs to be reserved at least 24 hours in advance. The boat launches out of The Fort Walton Beach Yacht Basin.

Wonderful Beach Front Vacation

Property was exactly as listed. Pool was always clean. The only thing we needed while staying was a little extra toilet paper and food! When the beach was under warning because of currents the pool was always available. This is my second stay with my sister and the first for my husband and daughter. We will definitely be back!

Downfall of this condo

The condo was great.Clean,nice decorated so cute.The downfall was that we were on the ground floor . You could here the people above us and their every move all hours of the day and night. It was ridiculous.We couldn't get much rest especially at night .So i recommended that if anyone stays there its not on the ground floor.

Amazing condo steps from the beach

My boyfriend and I stayed April 5-9th. Our immediate impression when we first walked in was how nicely updated and immaculately clean the condo was. We had everything we needed and truly enjoyed our stay. I would highly recommend this property and it's management company!

Our New Favorite

Our stay at Sunset Cottages 5A was better than we expected! Walking in we realized that it was one of the cleanest rentals we have every stayed in. Everything was just as pictured and we had everything we needed and more (towels, comfy beds/pillows/couch, coffee maker, dishes, etc). Our 5 year old LOVED the bunk beds and our 1 year old had lots of space to roam around (there was even a large playpen if needed). There were even a few kids books that they looked through each day! Walking to the beach was a breeze and it was so nice to be on the ground floor, steps away from the pool. The neighborhood was quiet, safe, and close to everything we wanted. Beach service is a great plus, not having to lug an umbrella around. We had such a great time and loved staying here! We are grateful for such a nice place for our family. We will definitely be back!

The condo was perfect for our family. We were able to hang out on the beach the days that it was warm enough and on the days that the ocean was to cool our kids swam in the heated pool. We’ll definitely be back!!
