We were extremely pleased with our stay. The room was great. Amazing balcony view. The property is kept up immaculately. The only things I didn’t like was lack of parking. Too many rooms for the amount of parking spaces. Middle of week is okay but beware of the weekends, especially Spring Break time. And one of the elevators was being worked on so one elevator for 6 floors made the wait time a little long. Not that big of a deal. But overall I still gave the highest rating. Thank you guys.

The Island is quaint hotel with many areas to enjoy the sun, pool, beverage, and beach. The hot tub was big and actually hot! The pools are nice. I anticipate the grotto would be fun with nice weather. Bed and pillows were good. Not a lot of room in the double room for suitcases with not closet, but we made due. The ocean view is amazing and worth the additional charge. Great location to walk to restaurants with wonderful food! I wish they would have had coffee in the morning! I would recommend!

I only staid the first night. The room had a terrible smell and the bed felt wet and had a bad smell as well. I left the next morning and book the hilton garden inn.

The stay is pretty average wish for what we paid was better. We knew after booking that an amount would be due for fees and such which is understandable, upon arrival we found that MUCH more was required then what was originally told to us per Expedia. Also this resort charges for parking which again was not explained to us before booking. With that this resort hosts events and during our stay an event was taking place, ultimately bc of this there was NO PARKING REMOTELY CLOSE TO OUR ROOM. So the parking I had to pay for was given to the guests of the event and my family had to park on the OPPOSITE side of the resort. Aside from that the rooms a just repainted motel rooms smell of smoke stained towels again not what expected for the premium price. Great area will be back but definitely not staying here.

When we arrived the shower had hair in it. We had zero towels and our outside door didn’t shut or lock well. We had maintenance come look at it and it wasn’t fixed. The beautiful picture of the pool on your website was misleading because it was under construction.

The breakfast buffet was wonderful, with a beautiful view of the courtyard (we chose a window table every morning). The swimming pool was also wonderful! The days were a little cool so having a heated pool that felt fairly warm when you stepped in and swam was great! The hot tub was nice to. The view from our room was a little disappointing as ours overlooked the pool that was being fixed and cleaned, but we were not in our room that much. We were out enjoying the view of the ocean, which was so fun to be right on the beach! And all the staff were super friendly and helpful! Wonderful location and wonderful place!
