The property was very nice and accommodated my family very well. All my family really enjoyed fishing off the dock and swimming. The cottages were also very nice and clean. I chose the property because it was close to my dads home where we were having a family reunion. The Host was very prompt in answering my questions, so communication was good before our stay and throughout.A few things that I encourage the owners/property mangagers to address would be the following:--Spraying for bugs, especially roaches. There were roaches in the cottages, one ended up in my grandsons bed. A lot of big roaches outside on the porch and walkways but there is only so much you can do outside as it is Florida and we have bugs and roaches. I know, I live in SW Florida. --Also, the outside trash cans were not set out by the road for pickup with the trash in them from the previous renters so the trash was very nasty with tons of maggots in the cans. We had to pull them away from the carport because of the smell and maggots.--Provide more toilet paper and paper towels. There was only one extra roll of toilet paper in our cottage so we ran out. And only a half roll of paper towels in the kitchen and no extra so we ran out of that as well.I would stay there again next year if the bug and trash problems are addressed.Thank you,Sheryl Lidgard
