Location was great. Pathway lights were very bright if setting on porch in evening or morning but still a nice setting. Beds were not as comfortable as we are use to but that is to be expected. But all rooms were nice and spacious.

Ideal location, clean and spacious condo

Had an amazing vacation and would highly recommend this condo and owners. Location on the ground floor and proximity to both the boardwalk and pools ideal for family. Super convenient check in process and communication with owners. Condo was very spacious and was impressed with the large bathrooms. Amazing time at this resort with fun activities planned for the whole family (pirate show, nighttime glow dance party, and dueling piano)

Best unit in the building!

We have stayed at this condo multiple times. It is clean and convenient and has the best pool/beach access in the building. You can walk right out the patio doors to all amenities. We will be back!

We had a really great time at this condo, i think we will return for next year family reunion. Since its the bottom floor, i think it will be great to see a foot cleaner on the porch area. It . The Condo has everything what you need 😉

Family beach trip

We loved our stay at Waterscape. The ground floor unit was so convenient with little ones. We were very close to the pools and the beach. We loaded our wagon and only had a short walk to the beach. The condo was comfortable and spacious. The only thing we had to buy was a big pot for boiling shrimp. I am sure it’s hard to keep units stocked with everything. Otherwise, it was perfect. We will definitely stay in this unit again. I would highly recommend this condo to anyone! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Perfect beach and pool access

We loved our stay in this room. It was at the end close to the beach so we didn’t have to walk far which was great especially with younger kids. The rooms were decently cleaned but could use a really good deep clean. Some kitchen items we needed were missing but overall we enjoyed this condo unit. Management was always easy to reach if needed. We’ve already booked this same room for next year

The location is perfect! I gave a lower score on cleanliness due to the shower still having writing on the walls, I suppose from a previous guest, and underneath the dresser in the bunk room. The sink did seem to have an odor when the water was turned on, not sure if a previous guest put something down the drain on accident? Otherwise we loved our stay. Would definitely go back

Super Spring Break

We travel to Florida every year for spring break and enjoy Waterscape condos. We had such a great time last year we were excited to reserve the condo again this year. The location is amazing, this condo is clean, and ready early, and communication with the owners is always attended to in a timely manner. We can't say enough great things, just please don't ask for our dates - we are currently working to reserve for next year!

Very easy to book. Very easy check in done all on phone. ✔ Beautiful Waterscape Resort. Nice appliances. Brand NEW water heater. Good temp control system. All cooking utensils furnished. It was Feb 12-18, 2023. Still cool so my wife made hot cocoa and baked home made cookies. Wonderful week. Mattress slept really good. Condo owners were great. Have fun everyone ENJOY.

Great location!

We have stayed at Waterscape previously but this unit was incredible! The proximity to the beach and the pools, along with being a ground unit set this above others. It was clean, comfortable, convenient and exactly as pictured. We can’t wait for our next stay!
