The Waterscape was a really nice property and we loved the pools and beach access. The activities were a fun amenity for the kids as well. Our unit was lacking on kitchen utinsels and there was no dustpan, but other than that, it was a great experience.

Amazing resort!

We absolutely loved the proximity to all of the pools, including being on the ground level. And a quick walk to the beach was a huge plus! The condo was awesome, spacious and a nice large kitchen to cook in. I would definitely stay here again.

Great place for families

Our family of 6 had a wonderful time. The condo was very clean and nice and had everything we needed. The pools were great for all ages, and we loved how the complex had activities for the kids, especially at night. There were always plenty of pool chairs and the snack bar by the pool was very convenient. The beach was gorgeous, even though there were red flags most of the days, but we were still able to play in the water a few times. There was a lot of construction going on around the buildings, but it was easy to navigate around and wasn't noisy at all. We drove to Destin a few times and it was a short 5–10-minute drive depending on traffic. We would definitely stay here again next time we visit Ft. Walton Beach.

Family vacation

It was a wonderful stay. Perfect for our family. We had a minor issue with the dryer, the belt broke. We called the number listed after hours and they had someone there early the next morning to fix it. Super friendly. We would definitely stay here again.

Fantastic property in a desirable complex!

This was truly a standout property. We had a pretty full party, totaling 6 adults and 3 babies, and yet didn't feel cramped at all. The condo was in great shape when we arrived and was in the perfect location. Being on the ground floor allowed us to come and go as we pleased without having to worry about elevators or stairwells for the kids. It's also conveniently located directly across from the splash pad on the property which our girls absolutely LOVED. Fort Walton Beach is a great area and finding a property like this was very fortunate. The owners were polite, helpful, and very responsive throughout our stay. I highly recommend this unit for anyone interested in a smooth experience at an awesome location!

Overall run down.

AC never got cooler than 76. Dryer vent so clogged that even after property maintenance came and vacuumed out dryer vent we still couldn’t dry clothes. Vent was packed all the way to the outside vent. No kitchen towels at all. Oven so dirty that when we preheated to cook pizza the fire alarm went off. Floors and baseboards made our feet black. Maintenance did make an extra trip out to mop at least some of the floors. We had a toddler who wanted a bath in the big tub and there was no drain plug.

Location, Location

We spent 6 nights in this unit, the location is perfect especially with smaller children. It is on the ground level so it has easy access to the pools and beach, no stairs or elevator to climb or wait on. We was always able to park our car right outside our front door.

Great spot for families

Great spot for families with easy access to pools and beach. Beach chair service was utilized daily and much appreciated! Unit was clean and cutely updated. Tiles and grout and paint could use some touchups throughout the unit. If we stayed at this location again I'd pay more for a unit with an ocean view. If the view isn't of importance to you its a great spot!

Winter Get Away

Met up with my mom and kids here for the holidays. The cold front was uncomfortable but we loved the big table for meals and playing games. The queen bunk beds gave us so much space too.

Amazing Location!

This is our second time to Waterscape but first time renting this condo. It was absolutely wonderful and the host was so easy to work with. Our boys loved being on the ground floor right outside of the splash pad. The weather was wonderful and we spent so much time just relaxing here. We are already booked to come back in July!

Great place for a family vacation

Lots of stuff for the kids to do, house was great for the amount of people there. Only problem was the security walking around the pool were rude about a 4 year old and her bracelet for the pool. Made the stay a little frustrating but over all great place and would recommend it to others

Location is perfect

The only problem we had is that my sons family had cockroaches in their bedroom. My son called someone and they had pest control come out immediately but then we found more and my grandkids wouldn't sleep in that room. We think the problem is that the room is close to trash bin. Otherwise the accommodations were great.

This property was perfect for our family vacation!! They have activities each day for the little ones and beautiful pools for the older ones!! The pirate show they had for the little ones was a fun surprise for my grandson!! I would definitely stay here again.
