This was the hotel that we went to on our wedding night. Check in took around 30 minutes, then we got to our room and the room was DIRTY. It had not been cleaned from the previous guest. We went back down to the front desk and he was not very surprised so it made me feel like this was not the first time it happened. We did eventually get a different room but it did take awhile. Not impressed

Great staff, clean. nice typical breakfast. Room was very worn in need of a redo - torn flooring, noisy AC that didn't lower the humidity, and rusty light fixtures.

When I arrived the manager was on the phone with a difficult caller from what I could overhear but she was at the front desk and handled it unprofessionally talking in a rude tone and yelling. The other person at the desk eventually checked me. Ok check in experience. Room was ok. Kept finding black fuzz on the bed sheets and long gray hairs that didn’t belong to any of us. Good luck ever getting a hold of the front desk if you need anything cause they won’t answer and you’ll have to go to the lobby and hope someone is there. Would stay here again though cause the price was right and location good, but don’t expect much hospitality.

Pleasantly surprised.

The only negative I have is that the beds are super firm. It’s like sleeping on the floor. Otherwise, I was pleasantly surprised, best Western has definitely upped their game!
