I arrived at 2:55 for a 3:00 check-in on 2/13/2026 to set up the room with Valentine flowers and ballons for my fiancé's arrival at 4:00, but unfortunately, the room as not ready. (?) The lady at the counter (who was pleasant enough) said the room would need a few more minutes. I waited till 3:20 and went back in, once again, the room was not ready????!!!! It was 3:50 before I got into the room that has a 3:00 "check in" time! The floor was still very wet from mopping and sticky once it dried. The shower curtain was filthy with brown steaks and blotches. The entryway and hallways were muddy and the carpet was worn out. The "boot cleaner" was rusted off and missing, so workers could not clean their boots. The room was clean enough.

Extended stay said I could extend my stay before 11am…. Arrived back at 12:45 and they had reserved my room for “another” customer…very very inconsistent communications - POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE - besides my wife and I were greeted with a poignant pungent smell upon getting into the room. The room was not cleaned either and was very unsanitary

The first room that was given to me smelled really bad like pts and smoke had pizza on the bottom of the night stand and a cheeseburger in the refrigerator th second room bathroom so and tub had hair in them the tub had a ring around it unfortunately the location was the only positive thing that was good. After my room was already paid for and not refundable I was told to pay 100.00 deposit
