When you pull up, there’s no valet even though they have valet parking. You have to go inside and then give your keys to the valet. I don’t know why they don’t come out. We had to request having our room cleaned and they said it was because we had the do not disturb sign on our door, but we took that off at 10 in the morning. The rooftop bar is amazing on Friday night and then super chill on Saturday night which doesn’t make any sense. Everyone was really nice, but I probably wouldn’t go back.

Music in rooftop bar was thumping so loudly we couldn’t sleep. Temperature in room would not cool. Oh and with all of it they had no problem keeping all $800 of my money for the 2 night stay. What a joke to pay for a premium experience and get subpar service. We won’t stay here again.

For some reason we had a handicap room that was a little beat up from wheelchair damage at the doorways. Carpet didn’t seem recently vacuumed. We didn’t mind, just observed. Had a great stay.

Cute, spacious room. Most staff were very unfriendly and seemed bothered by guests. Only one restaurant opened on property on Sunday and Monday nights, and it had a very limited menu. No hot water the second night of my stay, and I was compensated by having one night of valet parking refunded ($30).

The room was clean. I know there is a restaurant downstairs, but we couldn’t find a microwave in the room. We had to get our dinner to go to make the event, and brought the food back to the room, but we couldn’t heat it up. That’s my only complaint. I loved that there was a coffee bar downstairs, wish we would’ve tried that!

Great hotel if you're ever traveling to Fort Wayne in the winter. Valet parking basically warms your car up for you before you leave each morning. Who else does that? The Bradley pays attention to the details! Plus the coffee shop/small restaurant in the lobby is very nice and the rooftop bar (indoors, actually a penthouse bar) is very nice as well Best smashburger I've ever had!
