The whole experience was awful. Dirty room with a couple of huge cockroaches running around. Bathroom was filthy. I had requested a ground floor room. Nothing was available and there was no elevator. I will never stay at one of these hotels again and I will never use Expedia again. They provided no help

Don’t get the towels dirty !

This morning i brought towels down to the front. Mind you i don’t get any room service. Because “i get what i pay for here” so i have been cleaning my own room; where my kids and i sleep at. The night Audit, proceeds to tell me to not bring down my “dirty” towels as dirty or he will not give me any more towels. The audacity of these people is insane. Not only do i have to self serve my own room, but to tell me to not BRING dirty towels is crazy. I cook and use those towels. I clean my floors with those towels. I use those towels to dry off. When it comes to towels this place will give you problems.

Only reason I stayed was closeness to Fort Worth Zoo. Rooms smell like ash trays and made me nauseous. Staff said they could not switch my room because they were all booked, which I found hard to believe.

You Get What You Pay For

Out of all the staff there’s only two staff that’s actually willing to help. Dwain the manager don’t know what accommodations are. My refrigerator broke over night. I called the night audit WILL to write it down so someone can come fix it. Will did not write anything down for the manager to see in the morning. I really don’t know what is wrong with the staff here but they genuinely dislike their job. I called in the morning and asked Dwain the manager to move me rooms. He proceeded to tell me no because they was “booked” mind you. I was one of those people who booked a brand new room when my refrigerator broke. I had to throw out my 2 and 4 year olds milk and eggs. Dwain told me to freeze all my eggs and things like this was a joke. I did not get a new refrigerator until 6pm the next day. Please be advise that if you are going to stay here, you will have to work here as well. No room service, no pots or pans or anything in the room. If you want anything done you would have to go to the office. I’m assuming they can’t afford a lot of towels. So getting towels is a problem as well. The housekeeper walks around with cigarettes in their hand. Smoking by the doors. Cussing and harassing because they have to do their job. No one is on one accord, everybody is a manager here. Even the manager don’t have control. Overall, their favorite saying at this hotel is. You get what you pay for.

Disappointed Stay.

Our stay at Extended Stay America was pretty disappointing. We have always liked staying at other Extended Stay's but whoever has taken over this particular place can be considered a "slum Lord"... Everything inside was dirty, old, spotted, rusted, torn and neglected. Pretty sad really. We were so excited to get away for the weekend for an event at the Dickie's Arena, but this overnight stay really spoiled it for us. We cannot recommend this place.

I attended a weekend conference and made reservations at this motel. They were understaffed on the night that I checked in and so it took about an hour and a half for me to get my room. But I am still giving them a great rating because the lady that was working the front desk took the time to clean and to get my room prepped for me and my room was clean and comfortable. The front desk person did not rush to get my room clean and she went out if her way to make sure that my room was clean and comfortable and with no smoke smell as this has been an issue with other places that I have stayed in the past. The company needs stricter rules with employees not showing up, or for housekeeping staff who do not thoroughly clean rooms. The company also needs stricter regulations to ensure safety and comfort of other guest. For example, the company should charge other guests a penalty fee for people who decide to smoke in the rooms. Other guests who destroy or vandalize property should be sued, arrested, or banned to ensure safety and satisfaction of the good customers and guest who respect other guests and property.

The non smoking room stunk of smoke and no other first floor room avail—although I passed a lot of dark rooms appt 7pm dark no blankets for the bed—we requested and received promptly. Outside temp was in 49s Only three pillows for two double beds—no more pillows avail. Does not deserve the 3.5/5 star rating The checkin was quick and friendly

Poor Service

I asked the staff to give me room service since I’ve been here over a week. Evette told me, since i booked through hotel.com i get what i paid for: i told her i already pulled the sheets off the bed and the towels. All they would have to do is change my sheets and give me new towels. I was gone for a whole day: and i came back to dirty towels still on my bathroom floor: my trash never got pulled still full: the sheets they put on my bed was the same sheets that i pulled off the bed. The audacity of the staff here is insane. They are very unprofessional, since I’ve been here I’ve been getting some of the worse service. I have two little kids. & they thought it was okay to reuse dirty sheets
