Spacious apartment centrally located
Very nice apartment with a lot of room, tastefully decorated, and located close to the airport right in the middle of DFW. Owner very responsive.

Nice, But…
The unit was really nice and I enjoyed my stay at the actual rental until I found a random sex toy, which made me question the overall cleanliness of the rental. While communicating with the host, he was condescending, inappropriate, and very defensive/aggressive. Probably wouldn’t stay here again, just due to the weird nature of the conversation with the host.

The original post noted the condo slept 4 people and in the picture of the living room it noted Sofa Bed, which was not correct. We arrived late and then found out the couch was not a bed and the place only slept 2 people. It was after 10pm but we were able to run to Walmart and buy an air mattress, blankets and pillows ($170). Host offered to refund us if did not want to stay the additional 2 nights, but we had already bought the additional bedding and we had plans with family the next day and did not want to use that time to find a different place to stay. Host kept telling me the pictures show one bed and note one bedroom and one bathroom. We were fine with the one bedroom and one bathroom since we were only looking for some place to sleep and shower. If the post did not say slept 4 and had a sofa bed, we would never of booked this place. All in all we spent a lot more money than we wanted to and would have booked a different location if the post was correct (believe it has been updated now after my text to host). Thankfully we drove to TX so we were able to load and bring back everything we purchased (but do not need back at home).

Great value!
My husband and I were looking for a spot to stay for our marriage conference near the airport. I had checked local hotels and they were all very expensive. Chad’s apartment was a great value and had so many more features than a hotel. Chad is very communicative and handled any concerns we had quickly. We would stay here again.
