Excellent location, perfect for kids

An excellent location and perfect for children right on the beach. We enjoyed our stay, cycling and exploring the local area. The apartment was clean and well equipped. We were lucky with the weather so the children loved swimming, playing in the sand and watching the many paddle boarders and windsurfers, right from the little terrace/ garden. Perfect outdoor space for eating and relaxing. Very good communication with the owner in advance , worth noting that his mother ( who lives upstairs) checked us in and that tested my husband’s French somewhat! A wonderful stay and perfect for our week.

Rented lots of villas / apartments over the years and this was the best. Yannic ( owner ) and his parents ( live upstairs ) were great hosts and very helpful and friendly. Can’t beat the location of this property and the standard of accommodation. Only thing that would be useful is if the security deposit could be paid in sterling as quite a pain to do and the loss because of having to exchange to Euros then exchange back to sterling.

Superb!

We have just returned from a weeks stay in Yannic’s property and can’t rate it highly enough. We were met by Yannic who explained all the workings of the apartment which was very modern clean & beautifully furnished. The wow factor is it’s location right on the beach of a beautiful bay. My husband who is disabled by a stroke thoroughly enjoyed sitting on the patio watching the activities in the bay as there is a sailing school in Fouesnant which went out daily. I made use of the GR 34 walking path which was right on the doorstep. Fouesnant itself was a lovely village with all the facilities you require plus we went out to the surrounding area visiting the historic towns of Quimper & Concarneau . A must is the boat cruise from BĂ©nodet up the river O’Det to Quimper. A very scenic river with amazing Chateaux ‘s to view on the banks. A very relaxing & peaceful holiday which we hope to repeat next year.

stayed here for a week myself , partner and son and his friend what a beautiful apartment and place, our holiday was relaxing and just perfect. The apartment has everything you need. The beach was great and the boys had great fun on there .

This was the most peaceful holiday we have ever had. The setting was perfect.

The location could not have been better, direct access on to a beautiful beach. We spent many hours sitting on the patio enjoying the view, watching the children learning to sail, paddle board and windsurf. We walked along the beach collecting seashells, paddling in the sea and sometimes swimming. We did venture out a few times and can recommend Quimper and Vannes for sightseeing and shopping. The apartment was perfect and very comfortable, the second week we were four adults but we had plenty of space. There were several places to eat very near the apartment and the local supermarket and bakery provided all we needed. The local cider was exceptional and we bought several bottles home with us both for ourselves and as gifts. I loved this apartment and hope to return again next year. Thank you Yannic.

Das Auto war direkt beim Eingang auf dem GrundstĂŒck parkiert und gut sichtbar aus dem Haus (grosse Sicherheit). Die Whg. war in top Zustand und entsprach genau den Bildern, wie vom Anbieter hochgeladen. Der Gastgeber war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das WLAN super, wie bei mir Zuhause. Der direkte Zugang zur Beach vom GrundstĂŒck fantastisch.

Eine tolle Wohnung mit grandiosem Blick. Leider hatten wir ein MĂŒckenproblem und daher ziemlich schlechte NĂ€chte. Die MĂŒckenstecker fĂŒr die Steckdose, die uns der Vermieter empfohlen hat, haben leider nicht geholfen. In der Anzeige steht "BettwĂ€sche wird bereitgestellt", diese ist aber nicht im Preis enthalten und muss genauso wie die HandtĂŒcher extra hinzugebucht werden.

Nous sommes partis en famille Ă  5. C’était une belle dĂ©couverte. Nous avons tous Ă©tĂ© charmĂ©s par l’authenticitĂ© des Bretons, par les paysages sublimes : plages de sable blanc, l’eau turquoise au soleil, les GR le long du littoral et aussi la forĂȘt. La vue directement sur la mer est incroyable, on se sent dans un petit paradis.

Traumunterkunft direkt am Strand

Wir hatten eine tolle Woche in der Bretagne! Das Haus lĂ€sst keine WĂŒnsche offen, ein traumhafter Blick aufs Meer, Meeresrauschen Tag und Nacht, eine super Ausstattung der KĂŒche und Top GerĂ€te! Direkt fusslĂ€ufig ist ein kleiner Eisladen, Pizza zum Mitnehmen und einige Restaurants. Tolle Wanderwege, StĂ€dte wie Concarneau, Quimper und St Marine sind sehenswert. Der Gastgeber Yannic war sehr herzlich und hat uns toll aufgenommen, Danke!! Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Perfekte Wohnung in perfekter Lage!

Uns hat der Aufenthalt in dieser Traumwohnung in allen Belangen gefallen: sehr freundlicher, professioneller Empfang durch den Vermieter, eine sehr geschmackvolle und hochwertige Ausstattung (die KĂŒche hĂ€tte ich am liebsten mitgenommen😊) und eine absolut unvergleichbare Lage mit wunderschönem Ausblick!
