It includes a fitted and fully equipped kitchen, living room with sofa/bed, a bedroom and shower room/WC. Kitchen equipment: oven, electric coffee maker... Bedding: 1x140, sofa bed. Comfort elements: washing machine, TV, radio.... Leisure equipment: garden furniture, awning,... Surface area: 32 m². NEARBY: 20 m from the main beach, 150 m from the pedestrian street, and all shops. Bus station: 250 m, SNCF train station: 6.3 km, Rochefort thermal establishment 15 mins away. TO BE PAID on arrival: security deposit of €500 for the rental, €70 for cleaning, and tourist tax.
