Ideally located and quiet, small single-storey house, close to the city centre, the Grande Plage and the Plage Sud, comprising a living room with open kitchen, a bedroom and a shower room - WC. An unenclosed terrace. Kitchen equipment: fridge and freezer, washing machine, microwave, coffee maker... Leisure equipment: TV, garden furniture and parasol. Sleeping: a 140 bed. Surface area: 34 m². NEARBY: located 200m from the city centre and all shops. Bus station 600m away and SNCF train station 6.3km away, Rochefort thermal baths 15 min away. TO PAY on arrival: security deposit of €500 for the rental, €70 for cleaning, and tourist tax. OPTIONAL SERVICES to be arranged before arrival: sheets €12 per bed per week, set of 2 bath or beach towels €12 per week, set of 2 bath mats €7 per week, kitchen linen (2 tea towels and 2 hand towels) €7 per week. Housekeeping: €70. Pet €30 per stay + a security deposit of €100.
