Escape from the everyday routine to this new townhome! Our newly built 4-bedroom, 2.5-bath vacation rental is the perfect home base for your adventure. One of the newest communities located just a short distance from Bethany Beach and the ocean. It offers many amenities and is convenient to shopping. Enjoy the mini water park pool at the main community clubhouse where you will find a fitness center, yoga room, lounge area, Ping-Pong tables, and more. For those who enjoy the outdoors, there are walking trails, a fishing pier, several ponds, Kayak, pickle ball courts, a playground, 1 lap pool and much more. There is a shuttle bus that stops throughout the community and will take you to downtown Bethany Beach.
This two-story retreat enjoys an open and airy floor plan, which means there is plenty of room to spread out comfortably and create everlasting memories with your loved ones. Water views can be admired from three different rooms! The large kitchen boasts all stainless steel appliances and is equipped with all of the essentials to create a feast.
A 4 BR, 2.5BR house with 3 beds, 2 bunk bed and 1 sofa bed! You will have access to the entire house as well as access to the community clubhouse which includes a pool, gym, billiards lounge & more!

Another great stay

This was our second time staying here and it was a wonderful time. The house was very clean and had everything we needed. The pool there is one of our favorite parts, so great for kids. The shuttle to the beach is very convenient! House had everything we need. It was close to grocery store and overall was a great time. Our only issue was on arrival the AC wasn’t working but the owner responded to us right away and had someone out there and fixed it that night!! Hope to go back again!

Wonderful Family Vacation Home!

The townhouse was perfect for our family of 4 adults and 4 children, between the ages of 8 and 6 months. The house was incredibly well appointed with everything you need for a fun-filled stay - bikes, pool/beach toys, beach chairs, umbrellas, and yard games. We especially appreciated the wagon, that made hauling the kids and their gear on the short walk to the pool a breeze. In addition, the kitchen had everything we needed to prepare family meals and came pre-stocked with an assortment of spices, oils, snack and coffee. The house was beautifully, yet functionally, decorated and extremely clean. The beach was a 15 minute drive but the neighborhood has great amenities. Our family enjoyed the pool, which was perfect for all ages with the splash area and lily pad area, the playground , and walking paths. I would highly recommend this property.

Luke's Beach House Has Everything!

We came here for a vacation, with family members ranging from two years old, teenagers, young adults and not so young adults. :) We all had a wonderful time and definitely wished we could have stayed longer! Bethany beach is about 15 minutes away which the whole family enjoyed, but there is also a community pool and water area that is about a block away when we needed a break from the beach. The water area is toddler friendly and there were so many other amenities like fitness center, pickle ball courts, and ping pong tables that other family members enjoyed. This place is also close to grocery stores and so many dessert places! The rooms were all clean, comfortable, and spacious! This place also had everything we forgot to/couldn't pack such as baby monitor, high chair, baby gate, travel crib, extra towels, beach toys, wagon, chairs, and kitchen essentials like spices and condiments. The kitchen is packed with pots, plates, utensils and other cooking tools for grilling. It was nice being able to cook, especially in early mornings when restaurants are still closed. Overall, I would highly recommend renting Luke's Beach House and already looking forward to booking again next year! The host was accommodating of our requests and was always quick to respond.

Favorite rental property so far!

We absolutely loved this house and location for our extended family vacation, which included three children (infant - 8). The house was new, spacious, tasteful, and well equipped with just about everything we needed - and far more! We loved the included amenities, especially the pool within walking distance and the shuttle to the beach (although the beach was SUPER crowded!). We also enjoyed several nearby outings, including mini-golf, ice cream, a winery, and a brewery -- and there are also several grocery stores within minutes. We already plan on renting this same property again at least once within the year; it is our favorite rental property so far!

Not a single complaint about this stay

Everything was exactly as described/pictured. The place was perfectly clean with plenty of towels/bedding. Kitchen had everything we could have needed. Amenities that came with this place were fantastic and easy to access. Host had thought out everything you may need or had forgotten. Pool was fantastic for the kids and good proximity to beach/boardwalk. The shuttle service was nice just wished it wasn’t an earlier than 1000. The host was wonderful to work with. Communication was easy and timely. I was blown away that the baby monitor had been previously broken the host had a brand new one delivered to the house within 12 hours. It was a great trip and we hope to come back someday!

Every detail was thought of in this house! We traveled with friends and family, and it was a truly great experience. Everyone was comfortable.The house had everything we needed, toiletries, towels, kitchenware, bathroomware, and a fully stocked kitchen. I was thankful that everything was super clean and organized because it made everything easier for the family and group. The complex had great amenities as well, pickleball, pool, ping pong, board games and a really nice pool. We were able to use all amenities without issue. We contacted our host twice for arrival and she was very responsive and courteous. We were also driving distance from beaches, bars and restaurants so we were super happy. We will definitely be going back. Thank you again for an amazing stay.

Awesome stay

We stayed for 6 days at this beautiful house. 4 adults and 2 toddlers. The house was well stocked, clean and very child friendly. The location was perfect for the pool in this community, 3 min walk, Bethany beach less than 15 min drive. Communication with Arnel was very quick and helpful. Would like to return and definitely recommend!

Home away from home

Our family had a wonderful time staying at Luke's place! Arnel and Lailanie made our stay amazing. Their home is so beautiful and has everything you need from kitchen to beach amenities.
