We stayed with a large group consisting of adults and children. The house was clean, well-cared-for, and spacious. This new construction was ideal for a relaxing trip to the beach and is a short, easy drive to downtown Bethany. Communication from the properly manager/owner was fantastic and some of the best I've seen for a rental property. They clearly care about ensuring you have a wonderful experience and are invested in ensuring things go smoothly. Overall, it was like a home away from home. Highly recommend.

Good Location

The cleanliness, to our higher than most standards, was disappointing however the owner has reimbursed us some and is, we are hoping, still working with us to negotiate a bigger refund. Also there were things in this listing that were not available as advertised, such as computers, hot tub, food and cleaning services. The positives are that the neighborhood was very quiet and this location was close to the shops and the beaches. The design of the house overall was built well and it had plenty of bathrooms.

We stayed at this relatively new property. The owner was very prompt on welcoming us and checking on us. The property complex seems fairly new. The location could be a little closer to beach and amenities. Really like the property and owner.

Wonderful Stay

The property was perfect for a family vacation with 6 adults and 3 children. Daniel was fantastic to work with. He communicated with us at each step and was there if we needed anything. What stood out most was how clean the house was when we arrived and how it was well kept. We certainly will return!

Wonderful last minute family getaway

Stayed here on a last minute decision and it was FANTASTIC!! Great communication from check in to check out. This place has everything you need and more. Easy to enjoy family and friends with the entertaining layout that transitions to the relaxing patio and backyard. We enjoyed the outside and even used some of the patio games provided. Kids appreciated the loft/tv/gaming space and were excited to get to use the community pool as well. Neighborhood is a well lit, walkable area great for families. We really enjoyed our stay and it felt like a home away from home. Everyone had their own space and we were able to spread out. Thanks for the wonderful experience.

Absolutely Perfect!

Our family stayed here to celebrate Easter as we all live pretty far from each other, and we are so glad we did! The house was impeccably clean, thoughtfully, well stocked and beautiful! It is exactly as pictured. We had a variety of ages, including children and teens and all were entertained! The kids loved the backyard and the adults were able to sit on the patio and enjoy. The kitchen was amazing! We cooked Easter dinner here and served a meal for 12 comfortably. The double ovens were a bonus in this instance as well. The bedrooms were spacious and we easily connected our streaming accounts to the televisions. Having 3 and 1/2 bathrooms was great as well. The location was perfect too. We were at the Bethany Beach Boardwalk in just minutes for a little beach time, shopping and ice cream. Thank you to Daniel for being a perfect host. Communication was fast and self check in was a breeze. The snacks, water bottles and personal note we were welcomed by were such a nice touch for those who had travelled further to get there. We will definitely stay here again!
