Ruined renovation

Strong paint smell, sheets kept popping up from the mattress (both top corners), toilet was loud and kept running, shower curtain was not long enough, door peep hole was painted over. Complained and was told the hotel is going through renovation but when we got back from dinner we could switch rooms. When we did return to the hotel we couldn’t find anyone. All night long the sheets gave my wife and I trouble and so we didn’t have to hear the toilet running we never flushed so we had the smell of urine in our room! Worst hotel experience ever!

Nice small town hotel

Really nice small town hotel. Extremely friendly front desk. Somewhat dated decor but you know what, it was not worn or frayed and it was clean. Had a king size suite on 3rd floor and have zero complaints. Everything worked: TV, lights, AC, bathroom. Plenty of hot water. Comfortable bed. Worth saying again we felt everything was clean. Breakfast was fine, coffee was fine. Got the kids a complimentary candy at check out. Would definitely go again.

The facility is older, but well kept and clean. The beds were comfortable and the shower was hot. The breakfast was good, and they had the best coffee. A really great value!

It is August in Texas and the pool was filthy. Debris from trees, grass, dirt, sand and even bugs were all in the pool. The jacuzzi was not usable due to the terribly unclean condition. As hot as it is- you would think that would be one of the property manager’s priorities. Very disappointed. Mold in the bathroom as well as cracks in the wall, and sheetrock falling out.
