It would have been nice if we were warned before or during checking in on Saturday that there had been no hot water since Wednesday at this hotel.

My brother had to ask 3x for a shower seat before they accommodated him. This is our only complaint. The coffee/tea/hot chocolate and cookies were a very nice touch, especially in these cold winter temperatures.
