Welcome to our Four Season Chalet! Located in the heart of Fraser, steps from the Fraser River Trail, 35min to Rocky Mountain National Park, and located on The Lift's black bus line that takes you to the base Winter Park for free. The activities are endless in Grand County- fat biking, mountain biking, hiking, paddle boarding, kayaking, skiing, tubing, cross country skiing, ice skating, - there’s something for everyone. And there are wonderful restaurants, breweries and a distillery near by too!
The Space
This is the perfect getaway for a family or a couple who enjoy the outdoors. Every area of our space has been remodeled! Come off the slopes and enjoy an apres ski in the newly designed, modern kitchen. Kick up your feet and catch a movie, or play a board game with your family. At the end of the day, relax on comfy beds with deluxe linens. The upstairs master also has a comfortable, quiet workspace. For your convenience, the dining table expands and there are additional folding chairs available. A pack and play and high chair are also available. There is a private bedroom/bath located off the entryway. The bunk room is on the other side of the kitchen near the other full bathroom. The upstairs master suite is spacious and includes a private bath and workspace.
Guest access
There are two parking spaces located to the right of the stairs that go up to the deck. Please respect the parking area as our neighbors have multiple vehicles that they need space for. The driveway is plowed but you may need to shovel off the entryway with the shovel provided. The front door has a keypad lock to make entering and exiting easy. There is a ski/snowboard rack located on the deck. Please lock your skis up outside as we do not want skis and boards inside. Bikes can be locked up on the deck railing but please bring your own lock. Bikes are not allowed inside the chalet. There is ample room for shoes/boots/helmets/coats just inside the front door within the mudroom.
Important House Rules
- No smoking.
- No marijuana will be tolerated inside or outside the property.
- Animals are not allowed.
- No parties or events.
- Quiet hours are from 9p- 8a out of respect to our duplex neighbors.
- We ask that shoes and boots do not go beyond the mudroom. Skis and boards must be left outside or locked in the ski rack on the deck. Bikes may be locked up on the deck railings but please bring your own bike cables.
