Enjoy the mountains in this updated 2-bedroom 2-bath condo with clubhouse access.
Great location with easy access to Winter Park and multiple outdoors activities. The Lift shuttle bus provides easy access to downtown Winter Park and Winter Park ski resort. Nearby, you can find multiple outdoor activities for all ages, shopping, and restaurants. Just blocks away from the Fraser River Walk, which is great for taking a stroll or bike ride.

The condo living space has a fully equipped kitchen, large dining area, wood-burning fireplace, board games, DVDs, and books. Flat-screen cable TVs in living room and master bedroom with streaming BluRay/DVD players. Enjoy a warm dinner in the dining area, and grab a quick snack at the kitchen bar. Relax by the fire after a day on the slopes, or enjoy some fresh air while lounging on the porch. Visit the clubhouse to relax in the hot tub, or get a quick workout in at the gym. Other clubhouse amenities include: heated pool, steam room, tennis courts, racquetball/basketball court, game/meeting room, and showers/dressing areas.

We skiied at Winter Park, tubed and snowmobiled. We cooked at the condos well stocked kitchen each night. We used the hot tubs, gym facilities several times.

Nice place for weekend ski trip

Good place to stay for family ski trip. The unit was comfortable and slept 3 kids without any fights (a huge victory as far as I'm concerned). Clubhouse with pool and hottub was great. Would definitely stay again.

Nice place and reasonable rates

We had a great weekend here. Kitchen was well stocked with cooking utensils, pots and pans, knives, etc. Sometimes that's really not the case. Only slightly negative comment to share is that this is a bottom floor unit and you can hear people walking in ski boots above you and on the stairs. So if you're a light sleeper, I recommend ear plugs. But overall, I highly recommend staying here.

Awesome spot and hosts

Hosts were super communicative and great. Unit was very nice, had great kitchen amenities and my kids enjoyed the toys. We were amazed by the huge outdoor hot tubs and pools (open even when snowing!). Great stay, would recommend

Amazing owner!!

We had some delays due to the winter storm in March 2021 shutting down the Denver airport. The owner was willing to work with us to make our stay happen. We couldn't have been more thankful. The unit is ground floor and the neighbors were quiet and in a great location. It was located just a short distance to the grocery store and to the slopes. Plenty of space for a family of 4. There are laundry facilities, a pool, hot tub, gym and other amenities. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend staying here.

Great place for the right price (place may need some maintenance)

For the price, this place was just right for two adult couples to go skiing at Winter Park for the Weekend. I was skeptical of the hot tub situation, but the club house has two VERY large hot tubs and a heated pool which was able to help people spread out and not feel crowded. The property manager also was very communicative and allowed us to check in early. There's probably a few maintenance issues the property manager should check on. We had trouble shutting off the stovetop, had to have the dial turned just right. Also, the bathroom in the hall doesn't have much flushing power and the handle may need replaced. We were also told the ice maker was broken, but we flipped the handle down and it seemed to be working but didn't produce much. We had brought a bag of ice anyway and didn't use that ice.

A+ stay and can't wait to return

We had a great stay at Stacey's condo. She made the whole stay so easy and she was incredibly responsive to any questions we had. The condo is very well maintained and extremely clean. The location was perfect for skiing and tubing in Winter Park. I loved the few tasteful seasonal decorations too. You can't go wrong with this property! We hope to stay here again!

Property was exactly what we expected. It was in a great location with easy access to all the activities around Fraser/Winter Park area. We played golf a lot and explored everywhere. My husband went fishing almost every day. Beds were comfy, linens and towels were good, kitchen was well supplied.

Winter Park ski trip

My two teenage daughters and I stayed at this property for a couple of days in February 2020. I found the rental to be exactly as explained on the app and according to the pictures. The unit was clean with ample space for the three of us. The kitchen was well stocked and the living and sleeping areas were updated and comfortable. The location of the unit made it easy to walk approximately 100 feet to catch the shuttle to the resort to ski and equally as easy to drive. Would definitely stay here again for our next trip!

Nice unit with ski shuttle

The unit was clean and nice. The ski shuttle was right outside which was awesome. The hot tub is in the community center and a walk away but it is nice they have locker rooms, showers, towels etc there.
