Great, cozy townhome
Just down the road from the main strip with all the restaurants/bars and Winter Park ski resort, this townhome is perfect for a small family. We really enjoyed the hot tub on the patio, as it was refreshing after a long day of skiing. Would highly recommend this property!

Condo was great for the 6 of us. Location was perfect. Only negative thing..Carpet needs replaced..frayed where it meets tile and all 6 of us stepped on a sharp carpet nail a time or two and it wasn't pleasant.

WOULD DEFINITELY RENT AGAIN
This condo was comfortable, attractive and very nicely appointed. The price and fees were much more reasonable than most rentals. Tiny dimmer slides next to several of the light switches allow you to adjust lighting. I love the top-down/bottom-up blinds. They provide light, views and air-flow while also providing privacy. We called the property managers a few times - mostly due to our inexperience in renting properties. We spoke to a few different people and they were always very helpful and cheerful. One call was when my sister couldn't log onto the wifi. They immediately sent someone over to help. It only took him 2 seconds to figure out. It was user error - caps lock - we're old. ;) Be aware of the step-down when entering the Master Bedroom through the left door. I believe the steps from the parking lot to the front door are only about 6" or 7" instead of 9" which makes them much easier to manage even at the high altitude. I would not hesitate to rent this condo again.
